And I'm glad I did! He coordinated with my realtor about how he would obtain access to the home as I am purchasing from out of state. He took plenty of pictures and was very thorough in my opinion. Overall he has low affordable pricing especially for the attention to detail and work he puts in. The report same day was also a blessing!
