Belkis floral- beautiful flowers but forgot the tall floral at the alter and the petals. Forgot we didn't want boutonnières. Very aloof when inquired after the wedding. Sagno catering: The apps were not like we had the tasting. The bruschetta was a tiny bit of tomato topping. Looked very sparse, the dates and walnuts were tiny, only saw the coconut shrimp once in the passed apps. The steak on the main course of the plated dinner was very small nothing like the tasting we had at secret gardens. Chicken Alfredo tortilini was not plated as we tasted. Everything was smaller portioned than our tasting. We did not go with Sagno for the cake since I did not like their cake. We ordered tiramisu, the tiramisu was not made with marscapone instead cream cheese, obviously cheaper and not the right taste. The Miami events- awesome all the way around! The violinist was amazing, the dance floor beautiful and great DJ. Drinks by us- great to work with but only around 8 bottles that were average brands. For a full open bar not sure it would be enough for a lager crowd. There are a lot of additional costs to the all inclusive price. I did feel a little nickeled and dimed about the early access for the brides room. 765.00 to get in the room 7:30 instead of 10. The room is empty and I thought that to be a pricey add on. Beware there is construction on the grounds and the bride and grooms rooms need some updating. All in all the wedding was amazing and like the backdrop of Secret Gardens.

First we did our engagement session. I wanted the classic outdoor natural lighting, but then being in the entertainment industry we wanted something a little more cinematic but fun and Martha understood. We found lounge that had different rooms of decor. Capturing our eclectic tastes! Next, Martha and Jesus flew over to New Orleans and spent the weekend with us. Starting with our welcome cocktail. They captured the celebration of everyone who had just made it to the Big Easy on Halloween Night! The details of the masks and other costume accessories were captured from the welcome station to the fun of putting them on and parading about during the cocktail. Finally the big day came. At this point I was impressed at how quickly I was already getting teasers of the welcome that I already knew I was in for a treat with our wedding day pictures. I don't understand how Martha and Jesus have all the energy but just when I thought they were on one end of the room, there they were capturing another corner and moment. I think everyone remembers how impressed they were of the moments captured during our "Second Line" and how they were zig zagging around capturing all the dreamy photos one would hope for! The turn around on photos is unreal! We were still on our honey moon and we were getting all sorts of shots, perfectly organized too might I add! We paid her over 3k for our engagement pictures, wedding day pictures, enlargements, photo booth, and wedding album. Just last December, we finally received our enlargements. Leaving only the wedding album to receive - a 12*12 Acrylic Coffee table. Well all during this time, she has said different lies and excuses for not sending us our products. She has lied about deaths in the family, vacations that last 2 months, among other emergencies. All throughout this time, although they were all lies, I was patient and accepting with her because at the end of the day, everything was already paid so I kept on waiting and following up. I was never able to speak with her over the phone, not even once, because she said she was always in "class" She would answer to my countless texts and emails about 80% of the time but my husband and I were still hopeful. Well, now she disconnected her number and deleted all her facebook pages and website so I am left without my wedding album and with $1500 less in my account - this is how much she charged us for the album. I have no way to get in touch with her and she never responds to her emails. I have contacted a lawyer but they basically said its not worth taking her to trial because these services can cost us around $2,000, money that we cannot afford at the moment. I later tried to open a small claim against her company, but that is also an extra expense for us and we recently just bought our first home, so we cant afford any extra expenses. I just want to warn all of you to please be careful because this is one of the worst things that someone can do to you at any time, but especially with your wedding products because these are memories that you are never getting back and its money that my husband and I worked really hard for during our planning stage to be able to pay. When you goggle her company you can also see other two brides she did this too within the last year!!! I guess she needs to steal to pay her own wedding coming up!
