They matched me with a photographer with a ton of experience and made me feel so supported and heard during the very last minute process of switching over to his company. I am obsessed with my wedding photos. I got the full package of photos about two weeks after my wedding, way faster than i had anticipated. The photographer, Eric Raco, took a lot of time out of his day to meet with me for like an hour to go over the type of shots that I want and the vibe that I wanted in my photos. Liam and his team checked in on me leading up to the wedding and are very responsive after the wedding when I asked about when I would get to see my photos. The website is easy to navigate and downloading your photos to your iCloud or Google is super easy. Thank you so much Liam for taking me on last minute. I am very happy with my decision to do so.

He did not bring camera equipment instead set up a 9 inch iPad on a tripod. I supplied three videos to be played during the ceremony, the rest of the wedding was live interactions with the officiants. From the very beginning it was a complete disaster. The videographer recommended we start five minutes late to allow people to get in the waiting room, so we did. The first 15 minutes was a video I supplied Liam. for some reason, Liam's coworker muted the video and turned on the iPad's mic, so the guest listened to 15 minutes of idle conversation as the video played. When the ceremony begin, unmuted guests could be heard having conversations as the officiant tried to speak. Repeatedly, the officiant asked guests to mute their microphones. It never happened. Each time a guest made a noise the screen would go black and show the person's name and then would return to the ceremony. Liam was the host of the zoom function and should have had control of all microphones. He did nothing to silence the talking, as a result the service was lost to chatter and background noise. Liam also controlled entry into the wedding service. He left 40 guests in waiting room, none of which ever made it inside. 100% of the feedback was bad. The following day Liam sent me a copy of his work at the wedding and it was unwatchable. When I asked for a refund for services he certainly did not provide, he immediately edited the video and blamed everyone from the officiant, zoom, me and location for the disaster. He even stated had I purchased a more expensive video package from him the quality would have been better. When I asked if he would highlight my wedding on his website he said, "No". I'm aware a zoom event is never going to be the quality of a videotaped presentation. I knew that when I hired a "professional" videographer. What I didn't expect was getting someone who knew nothing about Zoom or virtual events. Liam started the event late, muted the videos, allowed guests to speak freely throughout the service and blocked 40 people from attending the wedding. He considers what he did , "good work"... I'd hate to see his bad work! I have attached a YouTube away to my wedding video made by Liam and you can decide for yourself. https://youtu.be/AjG_bpZL4us

Summary: Terrible service, Very rude and didn't want to return our deposit for the photo shoot…read moreshe canceled the same day. The business owner will try to defame and make up things of the people that leaves accurate but negative reviews about her business. Marietta will says she is scared for her life while she is the one contacting you to harass you and not leave you alone in order to put her review down. Sorry marieta, doxxing and defamation are both a crime in this country. Read the not recommended reviews that were flagged by the biz owner in order to keep her bad biz running. Save your self from being scammed and go to a real photographer l Marietta is one of the worst and most unprofessional person I have had to work with. There is absolutely nothing positive to say about her. My daughter wanted to get her 15 birthday pictures done in Miami (we live in the Pacific Northwest, so across the country), when looking for photographers, we found Marietta. Marietta had a package for 1000 dollars which was her economy package. In the said package, one quince dress and one fashion dress were included. My daughter said she wanted two, maybe three, quince dresses, so we asked Marietta how much it would be to exchange the fashion dress for a quince dress and add another quince dress. Attached in the number one screenshot below, you can see Marietta say that the price of the dresses will be 100 for the one being exchanged and 180 for the third dress. I thought, "Wow! What an amazing deal" my daughter and I decided to send Marietta her $500 REFUNDABLE deposit through ZELLE (this is important later in the story). Two days before the photoshoot (about a month and something following the text about the dress prices), Marietta says that the first dress exchange will now be $250, and the third dress that WE were bringing, not provided by Marietta, would be $280. (Check screenshot number 2). THIS IS NOT AT ALL WHAT WE HAD AGREED TO THE DAY I PUT IN THE DEPOSIT. I bring this up to Mariettas attention, to which she responds by talking about how "prices change all the time" (Check screenshot number 3). I called Marietta to ask about the price change. she told me "this should be a lesson to my daughter that she can't get everything she wants" Photos day - MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY, Marietta was very crafty in designing her schedule of her timeline for the photoshoot & make up person, they were on the very opposite side of town .Marietta knew I could not possibly make it on time to both places. I let Mariettas makeup artist know we were not going to be using her services, to which I get a text from Marietta saying that I was going against "the contract" (See screenshot 4). The only one violating the contract was Marietta. She by now said that I have to pay her the total upfront before the shoot, about an hour after the text was sent, and provided me an address to drop off the money at (see screenshot 4 - the times are changed due to the time zones, PST to EST). I told Marietta that I could not pay her through Zelle as my Zelle was having issues, and I had cash with me and will pay her on-site- (Screenshot 5-) is her response. I ask her for my $500 deposit back, which she then says is non-refundable, something that was never mentioned on her website. I could not try to challenge the money I sent to her because money through Zelle is gone money. Once you send it, there is ZERO way to get it back. All of the sudden Marietta says that we cannot continue with the shoot because she is scared for her life. I never made any threats to her safety. She sends a fake link to me from "Zelle," which is supposed $250, only half of the deposit. I continued requesting my $500 be given back, or I would file a lawsuit against her for the money she would not return and other expenses incurred due to her scam. Today, almost a month after asking for my entire deposit back, she returns me the money and says she is only doing so because she is fearful for her and her children's lives. Mind you; I never mentioned anything about them. Nor did I make any threats to their safety EVER. NOW, AFTER THIS, SHE ADDED A DISCLAIMER ON HER WEBSITE THAT PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND THAT THE DEPOSIT IS A NON-REFUNDABLE 200. Screenshots 7 and 8 are screenshots of her website terms BEFORE the changes. Marietta is very crafty, she Lies, defames, and causes emotional distress . Photos by Marietta somehow manages to erase / flag the negative reviews against her unscrupulous practice. Currently Marietta won't stop calling me and harassing me in order to put down her negative reviews, which I won't. And she doesn't put my private information down I'll be calling to proper identities and file a lawsuit against her for doxxing and defamation of character.

My daughter didn't ask for much and could not have a quince party, so instead only ask for photos. That was ruined by Mariettas pettiness and manipulation. Too long to read: Marietta is a manipulator and scammer who ruined my daughter's birthday and tried to steal our deposit.
