Terrible bedside manner, did not feel she was the best Dr for my needs, she just talked about the same thing when I went and felt rushed.

I came to accompany a friend who is being treated by him, and she is extremely satisfied. After other doctors said everything was fine, he was the one who found the real issue and helped her significantly. He's a true expert and uses advanced equipment. He welcomed us warmly and explained everything patiently. The clinic is spotlessly clean and offers full privacy,we were the only ones there, and there are several treatment rooms to ensure each patient receives individualized care. Oh, and in the waiting area, there's a massage chair, tea, and books, it's the first time I've ever seen a massage chair in a waiting room! It made me feel truly welcomed, and the massage was amazing. There's such peace and quiet here, I truly feel like I'm in a spa. I'm even working on my laptop in the cozy waiting area, and it's such a pleasant atmosphere. Dr. Chizari even took the initiative to ask if I had internet. At first, I was using my phone's hotspot, and he immediately offered to connect me to the clinic's Wi-Fi. He's attentive to every detail and genuinely cares about the needs of everyone who walks through the door. also really love this area in general, there's convenient parking, and the neighborhood is quiet, upscale, and pleasant. Definitely a 5-star experience.

I went to Dr. Platzer because I was having diplopia, double vision and severe pain around my left eye. She was convinced it was migraines, even though I told her I never had a history of migraines in my 50 something years of life. I was concerned that I had a brain aneurysm and she said that she was certain this was migraines and would not order an MRA for me. As the pain and the vision loss progressed through months of agony, many calls to her crying and begging for help,, and eventually being told that maybe I just didn't want to get better, because if I did then the medications she prescribed me would have worked, I decided to go out of Insurance and see a private Dr who ordered the MRA for me. My insurance denied it, and I needed to get my records from her to have further proof that this was ongoing. What I found in her records, I did not even recognize. She said I was taking medication's that I was not taking. She said that the pain was all over my head when I told her it was exclusively around my left eye. It was as if my notes were about a different patient. In all of that pain I had to actually go into the office to pick up the notes because they told me that they did not have a way to send them to me. When I emailed and asked her to please correct the notes and gave her line by line all of the items which were absolutely incorrect so that I could get the scan done. Her exact words were that I was nit picking. I had to pay out-of-pocket almost $4000 for my MRA and I had a very large posterior communicating artery aneurysm, which any neurologist should know causes diplopia and pain around the eye. The aneurysm was so scary that I was in surgery within hours of the results of my MRA coming in. shortly, after coming home from the hospital, I received a certified letter from her telling me that she was dropping me as a patient....As if I would ever Grace her doorstep again. I did send an email after finally getting home from 7 days in the hospital letting her know what her negligence had caused me. If you do have migraines, maybe this so-called doctor can help you, but if you are concerned that you have something more serious run the other direction. I had children in middle school and lost 18 months of my life to pain and suffering because of her negligence.

At only 26 years old and in the middle of nursing school, I never imagined I would need a craniotomy. Facing brain surgery was one of the most frightening experiences of my life, not only for me but for my entire family. During such an overwhelming time, Dr. Benet gave us something priceless: confidence, trust, and peace of mind. I truly could not have asked for a better surgeon. After my surgery, Dr. Benet personally sat with my family for nearly 30 minutes, carefully explaining everything and answering their questions. With a large family gathered and understandably terrified, his compassion, patience, and confidence reassured every one of us. It was clear that he genuinely cared not only about my outcome but also about the people who love me. The level of skill and care I received was extraordinary. Recovery is different for everyone, but I honestly believe that finding Dr. Benet was one of the greatest blessings in my journey. I woke up after surgery feeling far better than I ever expected, and my recovery has continued to exceed my expectations. Just two and a half weeks later, I am already back in nursing school--exactly as Dr. Benet predicted. That outcome felt impossible when I was first facing surgery, yet here I am because of the exceptional care I received. Thank you, Dr. Benet, for your expertise, your compassion, and for giving me the opportunity to continue pursuing my dreams. I will never be able to fully express how grateful I am. You and your team changed my life, and I will carry that gratitude with me forever. From myself and the entire Puentes family, thank you for giving us comfort during one of the most difficult moments of our lives. We will never forget the exceptional care, kindness, and support you provided. Your impact on our family goes far beyond the operating room, and we will be forever grateful.

From my very first visit, Dr. Benet treated me not just as another patient, but as a human being going through one of the most difficult periods of my life. He carefully reviewed my imaging, explained my condition in detail, and most importantly continued to personally follow my recovery progress when I felt lost and unsupported after my surgery. What impressed me the most was the level of compassion, professionalism, and attention he provided. Unlike my prior experience, Dr. Benet consistently took the time to examine me in person, review my neurological status thoroughly, answer every question, and explain both the positive findings and the ongoing concerns honestly. His follow-up care has been extraordinary. Despite the seriousness of my postoperative complications, Dr. Benet remained optimistic while still being realistic. He identified ongoing neurological, visual, and balance deficits, coordinated further imaging and treatment, and helped guide me through recovery step by step. His documentation and explanations were incredibly thorough, and he never made me feel rushed or dismissed. Most importantly, he gave me hope. Even during moments where I felt overwhelmed by disability, vision problems, inability to drive, and uncertainty about my future, Dr. Benet continuously encouraged me and reminded me that recovery after major neurosurgery can take significant time. I truly believe Dr. Benet is an exceptional neurosurgeon and physician. His expertise, bedside manner, and dedication to patient care stand out, and I am deeply grateful for the support he and his team have provided throughout my recovery journey.
