I had two sessions in May 2025: one for 2 bilateral segments and another for 3 bilateral segments, all using dextrose solution. The prolotherapy injections completely took away my neck pain, after the first 1-2 weeks of having slightly increased pain, which Dr. Mahl had warned me about prior to the procedure. I had some issues with the bills being clear after the fact with the administrative side of the office. But when Dr. Mahl was made aware of the issue, he was able to clear it up and apologized for any confusion. Prolotherapy is the reason that my neck pain went away and it could help you too. Just make sure you have a clear explination of what the full cost of the treatments will be before you agree to receive treatment so you avoid any issues with the bill. Thank you Dr. Mahl for helping with my pain and for clearing up the billing issue afterwards.

To say that Dr. Diego Rutenberg changed my life is not an understatement. I had been suffering for…read more7 months with autoimmune flares, digestive issues, histamine intolerance, costochondritis, migraines, neuropathy, fibromyalgia, allergies and rashes. I was scared to be left alone because I felt that I could lose consciousness at any moment when a flare began. Previously I thought I was "very healthy" as I have been a fitness lover and yoga teacher for 15 years. I had certified hundreds of people in trauma-informed mind-body tools to regulate the nervous system, yet there I was unable to find homeostasis within myself. The truth was that I was extremely malnourished. This triggered digestive issues that became my root cause for all of the immune, inflammatory, hormonal, neurological and even mental health/emotional issues I was experiencing. Dr. Rutenberg had the wisdom and vision to connect all of the dots for me when other doctors seemed to tell me that I was "fine" and to continue eating the way I had been. Instead Dr. Rutenberg put me on a nutritional protocol that eliminated 90% of my symptoms in the first 90 days!!! It felt like a miracle to have my life back so quickly. Since then, I have continued his suggested protocols and now 1 year later, I feel like I am in my best health ever! I have more energy and strength and I feel like I am reverse-aging both internally and externally. This experience of healing solely with nutrition and no medications was so inspiring and life-changing, that I decided to enroll in a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner program so that I can help others the way Dr. Rutenberg helped me. Next, I will be studying functional blood chemistry all thanks to his inspiration. Dr. Rutenberg has taught me that the truest measure of a high-caliber doctor is one who inspires their patients to become their own healers. My heart is overwhelmed with gratitude and I moved to tears by the fire he ignited within me.

I researched a lot of teachers, but couldn't find the one that resonated with me. When I came across the Wellness Room page I was immediately drawn to their services. I decided to start small and attended one of the free reiki circles hosted on Tuesday nights to feel out the space and Fernando. It was an instant kismet situation. He holds a beautiful space for all who arrive, has a calm yet powerful energy and is eager to teach those who are hungry enough to learn. I then felt drawn to undergo a one-on-one past life regression, and "WHOA" is all I can say. I don't know about you, but I struggle with letting go, let alone being vulnerable in a space with someone who has the potential to view secrets I didn't even know reside in myself. Feeling comfortable and at ease with Fernando would be an understatement. He was professional beyond words, helped guide me through tough areas, and even allowed me time after the hypnosis to unpack a few things I didn't quite understand. I knew immediately the next steps would be reiki. His reiki class was well organized, very informative, and thought out. The way he teaches leaves you wanting more and eager to apply the teachings. He provides snacks and didn't mind that we picked his brain a bit after the class was over. There are hidden teachings within his teachings that allow you to have some food for thought even days after the class. His methods are traditional yet simple and I love the respect he shows the practice. He keeps the teachings very science base and strays away from going to woo woo. He also has the most comfortable cushions to sit on that support your back and hips in all areas. If you are feeling the pull to learn reiki, meditate, unpack some past life stuff, or just want to see what holistic healing is all about, take that small leap of faith and visit the Wellness Room, you won't regret it!
