Dr. Elliot Dinetz is truly the best doctor. I've had many health issues throughout my life and…read morewasted money and countless hours with treatments and medications that quite frankly placed band aids on the problems rather than fix them. My first visit with Dr. Dinetz proved that I was with the right doctor. Finally a doctor willing to do the work to find the source of my problems and find solutions together that would work towards improving my overall health. The level of care and detail he provides is like no other. I never realized it was possible for me to feel and look this great inside and out. I honestly didn't know any better until I met Dr. Dinetz. It's an entire lifestyle change that I am grateful for and preventative measures that possibly saved my life. Not to mention the added benefits of the weight I've lost, how great my skin is looking and other things I've been self conscious about for years lol. Doctors like him are the future of medicine. I've come such a long way thanks to his care.

I would NOT recommend going to this guy. Even before I met him, I had concerns. I overheard him…read moretalking to patients on the phone, and about patients with his staff very rudely. He seemed pompous. Then when I met him, something was definitely "off." He did not seem like someone who cared- I did not feel safe and i questioned whether he was an actual MD. He is not like any I've been to. The initial intake was $1000, then they took blood work and did not let me know it would be another $1000 and then gave me a $500 list of supplements I should purchase from them. Then he offered a "precision plan" which was $12k for 6months for essentially just checkups. My assessment was that this guy doesn't really care about getting people healthy (regular, not wealthy people) but rather preying on people who are dumb enough to fall for all these costs. I got out of there as soon as I could. After I read the reviews about him and that reinforced everything my gut was telling me. Wish I would have read them before wasting $1000 on a consult. This is predatory medicine for people without insurance.

While at the kiosk, a young brunette female nurse walked in to tell my husband she does not accept 'Walk-Ins', only appointments despite their website advertising they welcome walk ins. He looked around the room and told her since there are no other patients in the clinic and no names on the waitlist kiosk, if she could just see him. He was very sick with dry cough and possibly needed antibiotic but she refused service and told him some story about expecting a patient who is running late so my husband needs to make an online appointment for another day. The alleged patient never did show because I walked into her clinic ten minutes after she turned away my husband and it was a ghost town with the two rooms' doors open with no one inside and she is nowhere to be found, that is until I walked over to the Starbucks also inside Target and found her wearing her white coat ordering drinks for herself while neglecting her job. Unreal. This minute clinic is probably going to close down soon because I have visited a few times in the past two years and the place is empty --patients just don't visit this location and for good reason.

Dr. Raben has been my primary doctor for awhile now, and part of the reason I chose her is that she has Saturday hours for established patients without an extra fee as long as you have an appointment. Regular copayment is always better than an urgent care center copayment! She has a lab, x-ray & ultrasound machines in her office, which make it more efficient whether getting a routine physical or a diagnosis when you're sick. In addition to treatment, she also offers some nutrition related medicine such as the vitamin IV's, which I'm a believer in. Dr. Raben's also offered phone consults before it was trendy. Her staff is friendly and helpful in getting your appointments. Heads up, Dr. Raben is direct. Besides still keeping paper record like the old day her bedside manner is to the point and lets you know what you (and yours truly) sometimes might not want to hear about your habits and health. That's sometimes needed!

She asked if I had "any other concerns" and before I could finish my "well yes.." she was showing herself the door. Also, the complaints about the incredibly rude and inattentive staff, are totally accurate. With that said- I had a wonderful young nurse who was kind and listened to me. That's the only reason I'm giving a 2 and not a 1.
