    This review was long overdue. My family and I worked with St. Clair Wedding and Event Decor on two…read moreseparate occasions. The first was for my baby shower in April 2015. My sister had hired the St. Claire's to assist her in providing decor for my baby shower. She was raving about how communicative they were and their assistance in providing ideas that pulled the entire look together. It was a Chanel themed shower and I must say they nailed the look. The table settings were perfectly set with black and white striped linens, fitted chair covers, flower centerpieces accented with crystal and pearls, Swarovski accented frames, and mannequins with tutus and pearls. The attention to detail was flawless. There were other contributors to the shower, but it was St. Clair Events that helped bring all of the elements together. With the joyous event, St. Clair Events also assisted me in providing the decor for my beloved grandmother's going away services and reception. I was planning a funeral and wake from New York and was feeling quite stressed. My one request was to have someone who I can trust to provide tasteful, and also lighthearted decor for such a somber moment. My family and I wanted to celebrate all 97 years of my grandmother's life versus dragging out the moment out in despair. Their team provided an impeccable pink and white color scheme with accents of gold via the gold picture frames that captured my grandmother in the best of times (during her 95th birthday party). The candle pillars and tea lights provided an angelic touch to represent the angelic figure my grandmother had now become in our memory. The candle pillars were encased by a display of pink and white hydrangea wreaths. They were so full and lush. I took it to be a reflection of the St. Clair's willingness to provide the best decor and service your money can buy. The St. Clair's proved that they have a certain level of respect inherent in their business practices that are displayed in the enormous amount of care and attention they provide and bring to your day. We love their business and are currently in the process of planning my sister's wedding. They are our preferred wedding and event decor vendor. Looking forward to seeing what they have up their sleeve this time around...knowing that I will be amazed. Thanks Again Guys!

They respond quickly, are flexible with changes you'd like to make, and can give you a dream wedding at an affordable cost! I loved working with them, and I suggest you choose them too. I had to hire another planner who did the job in 3 weeks. I hired Veronica in May for my baby's birthday and 7 months later still nothing was done and she refused to give me back my money. She then texted me extremely threatening texts almost 3 months after my event to remove my one star review or she will sue me. She would then block me and then unblock me and continue to send threatening messages. This woman wants to keep her shady business practice behind wraps. She also threatened me about someone else leaving her a bad review. Her google reviews are mainly all one star reviews. She is the worst thing to ever happen to me. I wish I contacted the other party planning business before I came into contact with this evil person. I have included screen shots of her harassment. I have informed the police department and will take all legal measures should she continue to threaten and harass me. Her number is listed to show you she is the evil person behind these texts. Oh and she kept my money and did no work for what I paid her for. Keep that in mind. Google her. There is nothing but bad things written about her all over the internet let alone her google reviews. I should have read about all her unhappy customers and negative articles written To Veronica's comment: YOU are an absolute liar. I don't need to speak on whatever crap you're saying because a simple search of your google reviews will show all of the horrible reviews you have. If you google "blue ivy and Beyoncé" you can see articles of Beyoncé asking for a restraining order against this awful woman. Poor excuse for a human being! Literally everything she wrote in her response to my comment is a lie and don't entertain her BS! One simple google search will SHOW all her unhappy customers dating back YEARS!

Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. She's a friend for life!! I highly recommend her and her team. In conclusion: Do yourself a favor, stop looking and call Veronica for your big day!

They learned about our agency history and culture and ensured that it was represented throughout every decision that was made. Kristin truly goes above and beyond. For our summer party in 2022 at Gillette stadium, the bus company providing 5 full-size coaches canceled all our buses the day before our event. They had a shortage of drivers. We got a full refund but that didn't help with the need to get everyone to/from the party. Finding buses had been challenging months before our event and now we were less than 24 hours out. Kristin dropped everything and spent the entire day tracking down buses and cobbling together a transportation plan for us. It was incredibly stressful but she was calm and cool. She literally saved the event. On top of it, Kristin is a lovely person and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Swank Events!
