Myself and another close friend were the decor/design coordinators for the baby shower. We both live in different states. For this reason there was some reservations and nervousness regarding execution and over all design scheme prior to me flying in for the shower. Krystal constantly communicated edits and updates. ALL of my worries immediately disappeared after arriving to the venue and we began working on the decor. The final look far supassed my expectations. Absolutely beautiful. Bohemian, enchanted safari was the theme. Krystal and her team were professional and meticulous with setup and take down after the shower. The shower was beautiful and the reveal to my dear friend and her husband was priceless. My friend stated that she could not have asked for anything more. I would HIGHLY recommend Krystal and team if you are in the Houston area. Thanks again Krystal and team for an exceptional execution.

I reached out to Laura requesting a list of desserts, and Laura replied back asking me "What are your favorite desserts, and what is the groom's favorite desserts" And after telling her, she created a list that represented US. That was truly thoughtful of her. She of course was respectful and asked if I wanted my original list I had thought about, but the desserts she had thought about were so unique, sounded much more delicious than my list, and exemplified the desserts who the wedding was for. I would definitely recommend A La Carte - Very easy to work with and I think that is exactly what I needed for my wedding

Check in was quick if you complete a waiver beforehand. The front desk employee was very kind & welcoming. There are two timed rooms with various inflatable obstacle courses. I like how the whole room is private & the kids move from one room to the next altogether. The play area accommodates a good range of age groups including toddlers. After the two rooms, they led us into the party room and the birthday kid gets to sit in a huge inflatable chair. The staff immediately started serving the food. The pizza was pretty decent and I applaud the employee for keeping the drink pitchers well stocked especially how thirsty all the kids were from jumping. I think they had forgotten the chicken for the adults but it came out fairly quickly afterwards. There were venue themed party favor bags passed out at the end, which was full of fun goodies that all kids were super excited about. The bathroom had dim lighting & looked little older but seemed clean overall. The party was booked for 2 hrs, which was plenty of fun & eating time for the kids. Everything seemed like it went fairly smooth and the kids had a great time!

There are, I believe 2 rooms with 2 bouncy houses in them where kids can run bounce and play and they have hand sanitizer everywhere. The bday party is super easy for parents, the employees do all the heavy lifting. They hype up the kids, guide them from room to room, lead singing happy birthday to the bday kid and serve the food to all the children. They leave the food out buffet style in the back of the room for the adults to serve themselves. They also take pics of all the kiddos while they're playing and then a montage of all the pics is shown on the screen in the pizza party room while they're eating. The kids loved seeing themselves in all the photos. It was so cute to watch them look at all the pics. More importantly, they absolutely loved the bouncy houses which seemed perfect for pre school to elementary aged children. Great job Pump It Up staff! Little Adam and his friends seemed to really enjoy themselves and I know the parents were happy to have the perfect outlet for burning off their kiddos' turbo energy the day before Thanksgiving!

The team at DB events and specifically Hema Baji and Sajid Bhai were AMAZING to work with. Hema was so sweet and understanding and I never once felt she was trying to upsell us like other decorators. During my meeting with Hema and Sajid, I felt so comfortable sharing all my decor ideas, even if the ideas were out of my price range...they never ONCE made me feel like I couldn't have that at my wedding. They have the sweetest personalities and are also extremely detailed-oriented, maintain the utmost professionalism, and know exactly what they are doing! Hema is a careful listener, and will take your words and photos you suggest, and make them a reality for your wedding day. The team at DB were extremely accommodating and kind throughout the process. In life nothing is gonna be perfect and this team really tries their best and I feel went above and beyond to make the venue look as beautiful as possible and they did. I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them and feel that they were the most reasonable and reasonably priced people to work with for an event. I have no reservations recommending DB events and their services! ***I also want to add that my original wedding date was affected by the devastation from hurricane Harvey. My house, venues, masjid were all damaged and I was back to square one with all my wedding preparations. With the help and assistance from DB's team I was able to book another venue in 2 weeks. At this time the entire city of Houston was destroyed, the airport was shut down and highways were under water -- but MIRACULOUSLY Hema had FRESH flower arrangements at my wedding (on the stage and as centerpieces). I still don't know how she did that because local florists and grocery stores didn't have any orders delivered to them because of Hurricane Harvey. These are the kind of people you want by your side.

I found Darryl on craiglist and trust me, I was super worry at first because of the price he gave me ( 1/4 of what other places ask me for a full package) , it's almost too good to be true until I work with him. He's very professional and patience. Always listen to what we want and try his best to meet our (sometimes ridiculous) requests. He's always there when we need and eases my worry ( brides freak out all the time). He will go and search with you for whatever you want until you're satisfied. He works with other venues carefully to make sure everything we want will be there. We enjoyed our day to the fullest because of Darryl and his team. We don't have to worry a thing. He was a no show for my rehearsal breakfast gave a lame excuse that he had an event the night before and overslept. The decor that I had a contract for and paid for NEVER SHOWED UP. My decor was the exact opposite of what I asked for and even included things I absolutely DID NOT WANT. He showed up to my venue late with a team of people that were probably friends or family members who absolutely knew nothing about weddings. He was supposed to be my planner but I only seen him a total of 3 times my entire wedding! The flowers in my bouquet were dead and absolutely dreadful it definitely WAS NOT a Bride's bouquet. If the flowers weren't dead it would have been acceptable for a bridesmaid but definitely not a Bride. The bouquet was so bad he refunded me $100 which was an insult! I can't redo my pictures nor was I in the position to go buy a new one so I had to deal with it. Oh did I mention he was one bouquet short? Yeah! We had to take one apart and make 2 out of it so that all my bridesmaids would have a bouquet to walk down the isle with. The list of things that went wrong with Daryl as my planner could go on on but the bottom line is Daryl is a nice guy but does not fulfill his contact obligations. If you want things done right for your special day I'd highly recommend another planner.
