They're little more expensive than your average flower shop because of the area that we live in, but they do have nice products and service as well. There are so many details that she took care of for our wedding and reception, and the events would not have gone as smoothly had she not been there. Most importantly, she delivered on everything she said she was going to do. Let me repeat that...she did EVERYTHING she said she was going to do. I cannot emphasize enough how important that is for a successful event, not to mention that it really reduced our stress level the week of the event! We met with Sobi prior to the event date to go over everything that would need to be done during the events, and she was informative about what to consider and worked with us to figure out how to make everything run on time and the way we wanted. She was very sweet and easy to work with, not to mention organized and listened to what we wanted. She made sure to ask questions so she could understand the type of wedding/reception we wanted (and not necessarily what would be 'easiest' for her to handle). She also made sure she got all the information she would need for that day (including setup diagrams, vendor contact info, schedules, etc). She even followed up with any questions she had after reviewing everything we had given her. She confirmed all of our vendors for the day, and took care coordinating all of the details (and believe me, there were many of those) and setup of the venues. She also made sure we kept to our timeline during the reception, which was amazing (and awesome) considering we had about 185 people at the event to handle. During the event, Sobi was calm and very organized. Some of our guests even commented that she was very sweet and was doing a great job handling everything. Sobi was invaluable to us with all the logistics she took care of...and she was the biggest reason we were able to relax on our wedding day! When the arrangement had not arrived by the time he got home from work in the afternoon, he called this florist shop. First they said the arrangement HAD been delivered earlier in the day (which was not true, I was home all day), and then my husband got upset. I don't know what else was said, but about 20 minutes later, our doorbell rang. A sad looking, days-old flower arrangement was delivered to our house. It was in a very plain vase and the water was cloudy. Some of the flowers were already turning brown. It was an arrangement that you might pay $40 for at HEB, see picture attached. We like to use local businesses, but we were very disappointed and will not use this florist again for anything.
