My amazing bf placed an order for flowers on a Monday to be delivered for my birthday on Friday. He placed the order online and then called to confirm the time that I would be at work on Friday for the delivery. My flowers were delivered at 12pm on Saturday - a day after my birthday and on a day that I am not at work. After calling 5 times across multiple days and having all the employees give me the runaround about a manager or owner calling me back, I finally received a phone call from the owner who is a complete jerk and chauvinistic pig. Instead of apologizing and backing his guarantee via his website, his exact words were, "just be happy you got flowers" and "Baby, you're just one of my million customers". If you actually want flowers delivered on the day you ordered...spend your hard earned money elsewhere. The owner does not take responsibility for mistakes and does not care about customer satisfaction. There are WAY too many florists out there who will guarantee a quality product with great customer service. Please support me in not supporting such a lousy business. The hard part about purchasing flowers in June in Houston is the heat. It was about 45 minutes until I got home and the flowers were already struggling in the heat, so as soon as I was able I put them in the fridge to cool down and that made a big difference in their appearance. The staff was very friendly and helpful when I walked in. They have beautiful flowers and merchandise; I would love to try some of their classes in the future.
