He could have misunderstood you but regardless, you told us you would be here in the afternoon after you took care of your ticket, I texted you two more times asking for the time that you would be there and you never responded. You never responded again to anything. Even my husband's phone calls. I am glad to see you could respond to the post though. It was not a bubble issue and had you actually came to see it for yourself, you would have known that. Thank you but I will not be editing my post and is completely true for the information I had. We gave you an opportunity to come see it and fix it but you chose to not respond to us. That was a poor business decision.. You can clearly see in our text messages below, that YOU did not respond the day you were supposed to be there or any day after that!

I found out about Sunny Bay when my neighbor across the street had his car windows tinted. The prices are competitive with other local shops, and you get the added benefit of convenience. For someone like myself, who's crippled, the added convenience is a major benefit. The process of working with Sunny Bay was straight forward, from the price schedule to customer interaction and everything in between. Richard was courteous, and professional. He warned me of potential issues related to the state of the tint being removed, and even so, he was successful in avoiding those issues. He even took the time to double check that I actually wanted effectively clear tint, but once I explained my logic he was happy to go with it. I was looking for clear tint as my car is white with some chrome accents, and dark tint would look out of place, to me. As well as better night time visibility, visibility into the vehicle, and being able to coat all glass panes including the windshield. Before I was injured I worked in a public facing technical role, and I was passionate about providing an outstanding experience for my customer. I very much got the same impression, vibe, energy, however you want to call it, from Richard while I was his customer.
