Unfortunately I had a really bad experience today . I left because I had so much anxiety after experiencing that situation and ended up not purchasing any of the items we had spent well over an hour selecting . Overall I wasn't treated with dignity , professionalism or basic empathy. Shopping there for well over 20 years , but if an experience like today ever happens again , I won't go back. The store managers did nothing to mediate the situation. Two were notified . The first one was " busy on her lunch" per Celine . Another named Jonathan never showed up . They complain about customers inconveniencing them and how much they hate doing Amazon returns or wasting bags wrapping every item for return. It's so unprofessional and disrespectful. After banning myself from this location for a year I decided to go back last week. I was hoping they employed new people but it's still the same people with bad attitudes. The person doing returns was a little rude when she told me my return would…read morestay inside right there until morning when I told her that was fine she said well no it's not that's why we tell Amazon returns to bring more than 15 minutes before store closes because it won't go to the truck or loading dock (somewhere) until morning. The way I see it is that all of that information given to me was irrelevant and uncalled for. None of that matters to me when they take to loading dock or why. All that matters is that I did my return and it would get to where it needs to go. Also never have I did a return where it matters which position I carry my phone for them to scan the QR code and no one's ever made a statement about me needing to lift my phone up and carry it facing forward due to the light glaring off the phone and not being able to scan. Like I said not once ever have we had that issue and maybe she was just lazy and didn't want to twist her hands in a different position because it would be more work for her. All that matters is I was there 15 minutes before store closed and I understand that people want to go home. I have a full time job too I get it. However if you don't want customers there at 15min before store scheduled time then change your store hours to 15 minutes earlier or change the times people can do returns. Either way get some associates who have better customer service and don't act like customers (the reason they have a job) are an inconvenience to them. Now with that being said I usually have a very good experience at this store! Kohls is one of my favorite places to shop and they have great deals, offer coupons that are stackable, usually friendly service and a clean store almost every time I have been there. I love getting Kohls cash and my last visit my $10 Kohls cash was expired by a day and the lady was still able to honor it and it happened to actually be $20 which saved me even more!! The parking lot is clean and I noticed they have way more shopping buggies then they used to have on the store front entrance! Over all this is a great store just forgetting my experience today and I would def. Recommend to anyone who hasn't been there before!

Merissa was my bridal stylist and I adored everything about that day. Thank you Merissa for an amazing experience! However, when it came to getting my actual dress, and everything after was a complete mess. I bought and ordered my dress in august of 2021. The latest I was told it would be delivered, was in January of 2022. In December, I called for an update and the girl I talked to said it was already shipped, and would be here in 2 weeks. Fast forward 3 weeks, I call and still have no update on my dress. All that was said was that it was still waiting to be shipped out (even though, I was previously told it had already been shipped.) I waited another 2-3 weeks before calling, this put me at the beginning of March (2 months AFTER my dress was supposed to be here.) The girl I spoke to said it was "still awaiting shipping." I was didn't take this for an answer, and they someone mysteriously had my dress shipped out the following Monday. I finally was called in for a dress fitting, and it went okay. I was very excited. What bothered me was when the owner was on the phone with a customer, she hung up and immediately trash talked about that customer, with the other employees and laughed about it. It was disturbing and made me uneasy. I scheduled a second fitting, but received a message from someone stating that I needed to get my dress ASAP. I was told that there was a lot of shadiness going on behind the scenes and not to trust them with the alterations on my dress. Thankfully my dress has not had many alterations and I was able to go grab it ASAP. I wouldn't recommend this place now that I have seen and heard of the behind the scenes.
