The delivery driver also did not ring the doorbell and simply left the arrangement on the ground. I contacted the shop with Ring doorbell and other camera footage showing the missing items. Instead of helping, I was accused of lying, which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I genuinely hoped for a positive experience, but this fell far below expectations. I do not recommend this location. I will not use them again.
