I live in California, and sent my mom flowers on her birthday at the last minute. I decided to order an arrangement from Flowers by Pam, and it was an Outstanding decision. I ordered online on a Sunday afternoon (did I mention I waited until the last minute), and Pam delivered a beautiful arrangement to my mother on Monday afternoon, I did not have an opportunity to see the flowers, but my mom has not stopped talking about how beautiful they are, and have them in the center of her living room for everyone to enjoy. Absolutely horrible customer service. I felt very unwelcome, rushed, and had major anxiety. I come in asking for the most simple request, i needed one flower each for 5 people on Valentine's day. She acted like it was the biggest chore of her life. She stood over me the whole time huffing and puffing while i was trying to pick out flowers. Very strange attitude. Ended up going somewhere else. BUYERS BEWARE!! The flower arrangement that was delivered was not even comparable to the deluxe arrangment that I had ordered. The arrangement that I ordered was a deluxe version that had a large number of roses, the one received had a very small amount. I understand that substitutions need to be made based on availability, but I am very disappointed with the overall look of the arraignment as well. I sent an email explaining my disappointment and asked for a refund. The reply was that there will be no refund because they used a smaller number of large roses instead of all small, but the arrangement that I wanted had a variety of both. Everyone who saw the difference in the expected verse what actually showed up said that it was comical. If you do decide to order from here expect to receive a flower arrangement that looks NOTHING like what you were promised. When responding to my email the owner was very rude insinuating that I was not a Christian because of how rude I was for posting a yelp review.. worst customer service to try and religion shame the buyer. read more

I am so disappointed, we order flowers for my mother's and (deceased) fathers anniversary they never arrived. I always prefer to buy local then a big company. I looked through reviews and they looked pretty good. I order online on Monday for Thursday delivery they charge my card and nothing arrived Thursday. I even called and left serval messages no one has called me back. Sent flowers to a friend for her birthday - I live out of town and couldn't see the flowers but I asked Pam's Florist to send a very nice arrangement of cut flowers and we agreed on an about. They sent me a picture of the arrangement which was lovely delivered it to my friend who also thought it was beautiful. Irritated. I ordered from their website for an arrangement to be delivered to a funeral. I currently live out of state. I ordered and paid. I received an email the following day saying they were out and I was to receive a refund. I didn't see the email until it was too late to have another florist get an arrangement there in time. In my opinion, this deserved a PHONE CALL so that I was made aware immediately and we could discuss perhaps another arrangement. Either keep your website updated or make a better effort in situations such as this. read more

They do not deserve one star but sadly that's the lowest rating I can give. I am terribly disappointed in the bouquet i received from Flowers by Pam. I ordered a decadent $100 bouquet but there was only 20 flowers and all of them were dead. I emailed her to tell her I was not satisfied but she was NOT accommodating and frankly did not care that I was disappointed. Terrible costumer service. I wanted to help a local business but I wish I ordered from 1800-flowers. Do not order from here, it will not be what you see online. read more

I would not even give one star if I didn't have too. I ordered online and had to put in the zip code it was to be delivered to and there was no issues. I then got a call a while later saying they don't deliver to that area but I can come and pick them up. I informed the man that I was visiting my sister and she was at work. They delivered them to her work ATFER she was already gone. The flowers that were delivered looked NOTHING like what I ordered. I was told they would have to substitute some flowers which I get but the flowers they used were dead and drooped. They looked horrible and they were to be the premiere arrangement!!!!! They were supposed to be in a yellow pitcher and were not. Extremely, extremely disappointed!!!! My sister reordered flowers as we are too embarrassed to give these. read more

I called from another state to order an arrangement for a funeral in Panama City. The staff at Pam's was so friendly, helpful and fast! Even though a couple of the items I had chosen from the website were not available, Kaytlyn took pictures of arrangements that were similar and texted them to me. This was about 10:00AM, and they had the arrangement delivered for a 6:00PM visitation the same day! My cousin who attended said it was gorgeous. I will definitely be a repeat customer. read more

Having received word of the death of a close friend in Panama City Beach, FL. this past Saturday, I started the search for a florist in the area. I was getting very frustrated when I either got no answer or the fact that due to the holiday being on Monday, no flowers would be delivered until Tuesday. Well, the funeral was on Monday and I was running out of time. Late Saturday afternoon, I called Flowers by Pam. She was already at home but when I explained the situation, she asked me to call her first thing on Monday and she would take care of my order. When I talked with Pam on Monday, she understood exactly what I wanted and had the flowers delivered as promised. A friend called me after the service and told me the first flower arrangement she saw, a Victorian Teacup Bouquet, placed on the entry table, was the most beautiful she had ever seen and it was from me! I wish there were more stars I could give Pam. She certainly deserves all the praise I can give her. Thank you Pam. read more

(1) Pam took my call on a day the store was closed (2) and filled it the same day with a lovely plant (3) when the original flower shop I called fell through on the order. Didn't deliver everything. Flowers were beautiful, but I also ordered and paid for 2 mylar balloons to be delivered with the flowers. I found out that they didn't deliver the balloons just the flowers. I called the same day a few hours after they had delivered the flowers and told them the 2 mylar balloons that I had paid for were not delivered with flowers. She said they could deliver them the next day but I said no it wouldn't be the recipient's birthday then. So they agreed to credit my credit card back for the balloons. Going on 1 week later my card had not been credited. I called and left a message. No one returned my call, so I called again the next day. I finally talked with someone and they said my card would be credited right after we got off the phone. I will not use this florist again. Even though the flowers were beautiful, they did not deliver balloons with flowers. read more

Place an online order twice Pam. The first order I was notified later that night through e-mail, that they did not have the arrangement in store so the offer to do a substitute. Second online order (29th Anniversary) they notified me at 10:31 the day of the delivery that they did not deliver to the location on the order and I was told that they don't get the online order until the day of the delivery, I had placed the order days earlier. Pam's did however, call a competitor and placed my order with them. Callaway County Florist, in very short notice, made the arrangement and delivered it just in the nick of time. read more

My out of state sister ordered the flowers for me and I don't know what she ordered, but these were pretty and I do like them. However, the delivery of the flowers were the craziest I've ever received! My son, while emptying a kitchen trash can, found them dropped on top of the outside trash receptacle, which is located next to my garage door. No regular doors or windows are on that side of the house. My front door which is located at my street address, is just around the corner from my garage. Would it have been too inconvenient for the delivery person to walk the few steps to my front door and ring the bell?? After all that was my address and the designated location for the flower delivery. I don't know how long they had been left on top of the trash receptacle. I'm thankful my son happened to take the trash out when he did and found them. In the hot sun they would not have lasted very long. For this lazy, uncaring way of delivery, I will NEVER use Flowers by Pam. read more
