Being in the wedding industry myself, I am extremely picky about who to entrust on our big day. Having a wealth of contacts to plan our own wedding, we undoubtedly knew Veronica was THE ONE for us! From our first interview with her she was on point, meticulous and had a back up plan for our "back up plan". She listened to our needs and wedding vision, kept me motivated and on time with my checklists and truly "got it". From day one I conveyed to her that we were looking for a "bulldog" day of coordinator/Superwoman that could handle a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen), large family, out of towner guests and whatever drama might enfold. I wanted someone as detailed as I am, if not more but who truly cares and understands the entire process. We found all that in Veronica, and then some! Her attention to detail is above and beyond. She has her templates, checklists and timelines down to a science. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch (at least that I am aware of). That's what I call a GREAT day of coordinator. I was never concerned or bothered by things that came up because it was fixed before I even knew about it. She was there for us until the very end which was 1:00 AM and was so attentive and checked in on us often!! LOVE that! By the way, she's so much fun and had a blast singing/dancing along with her and our FAB DJ. Our family and friends fell in love with her as well, that I almost forgot she was my planner. :) In a good way that is. She was extremely professional but was so down to earth, she was like family. I am a professional photographer and videographer and Gelyn went to me looking for both services. At first, I thought that she was the one getting married. It turned out she was organizing this wedding. She asked a lot of questions about our services before she booked us. She also followed us up before days before the event to make sure we have no issues. As instructed to me and my crew, we covered the ceremony in Malden. Then,we shifted to the Irish American Club where the reception will be. Gelyn and her crew were there preparing everything. They did the decorations, the DJ services and the catering. This is aside from coordinating everything. As to the catering, she has a crew for it and the food was awesome. I would say she must have studied Hotel and Restaurant management to do all these things. The decorations for the hall that they did was awesome. words cannot explain everything.
