AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED POORLY AS A CUSTOMER. I've worked with this company in the past and loved their work HOWEVER, recently I hired them to stage my listing in Lynwood. Looked really nice. I gave them a date of closing so they can schedule a pick up. The date got moved another week I texted Pam and Stephanie. Stephanie texted me that she will contact me with another availability date. Long story short they came and picked up the staged items without my knowing while I'm still in escrow. I know folks say they don't like hiring this company because of Pam's NASTY attitude. Well now I'm another one who will NOT use them EVER again. Had I known they were picking up the staged items I would have moved the plants and open house items out of the way so they would not have been picked up by mistake. Well they TOOK 2 silk plants that belong to me. When I found out I immediately texted Stephanie. She told me I wasn't supposed to add to their staging. If her items wasn't so cheap looking and dirty I would not have to. Her contract says not to remove their items not you can't add items. This morning Stephanie texted me saying I should have read my contract about adding items to their set up. Listen I've never EVER had a company be SO RUDE SO EARLY IN THE MORNING. I called to make sure I understood the text correctly and PAM was in the background cussing (as usual) at me and already mad at the world. She told me " we don't give a Sh#% you don't use us enough anyway and we have plenty of customers we don't need your business " Then Hung up in my face. Meanwhile she has NOT been paid yet.
