I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share our experience…read more This company, Ironstone Remodeling & Design, picked up our cabinet doors and drawer fronts to resurface them. They have never returned them. We will now have to order new fronts without having the templates of the old ones. After the initial pickup, communication became increasingly difficult, and eventually all communication stopped despite our repeated attempts to reach them by through YELP and by text. Delays can happen, and most customers are understanding when a business communicates honestly. What is unacceptable is being left without our property and without any explanation or updates. At this point, because our cabinet door and drawer fronts have not been returned and we have been unable to get any meaningful response from the company, we plan to pursue appropriate actions. Our experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We trusted this company with our property, and that trust was not honored. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this business.

We hired Ironstone Remodeling & Design to redo our laundry room because it felt cramped, cluttered,…read moreand completely inefficient. Instead of purchasing standard, off-the-shelf cabinets, they designed and built fully custom cabinetry for us -- and the difference in quality is unbelievable. The materials they used were truly top-tier, and the craftsmanship speaks for itself. Every cabinet feels solid and substantial. The attention to detail was exceptional, especially in the molding and trim work. The added trim, clean lines, and seamless finishes gave the entire space a polished, built-in look that feels custom in every sense of the word. One of the best parts of the experience was their complimentary design service. Their in-house designer came up with ideas we never would have thought of on our own. She designed a built-in storage solution specifically to house our vacuum, mops, and cleaning supplies -- which completely changed the functionality of the room. It saved us an incredible amount of space, and for the first time, we can actually move around comfortably in our laundry room. Ironstone doesn't just install cabinets -- they create thoughtful, high-quality custom spaces that truly improve how you live in your home. If you want craftsmanship, creativity, and luxury-level results, they are the team to call.

Luck had it that they were close to my home so I was able to go to the showroom to see the very many choices for my hardwood floors. It is a good feeling to have messages returned and feel like your business matters. 2) The crew of men were craftsmen, making sure everything was right before laying one piece of wood and doing it right. 3) Everyone was dependable and on time each day. 4) My home was cleaned of their tools and materials every day with it looking presentable.
