I am a health care provider and very big on sterile technique. Deb, a licensed healthcare provider herself, practiced with the upmost respect for sterile technique on my friends and myself. I have had Dysport done by the "number one injector in Colorado" and was left with residual lines on my forehead. The doctor who did it came into the room, swiped an alcohol wipe across my forehead, injected the Dysport, and left within 5 minutes. Not the best experience. Deb was respectful of my time, taking a moment to ask me where my areas of concern were, how much movement I wanted, and even told me I didn't need as much Dysport as I originally thought. Instead of trying to turn a profit she really spends time to help her patients to help them achieve the look they want. A week later she checked up on me to make sure the results were what I wanted. Talk about above and beyond. I have recommended friends to Deb because I won't be going to anyone else but her for Dysport. Why go to someone good when you can see Deb who is great? I love Deb's work so much I had Mint threads placed by her this past fall. I love the results and when it is time for a refresher I will definitely reach out to her.

Went in recently, tell Corey my forehead is my biggest concern and then anything left over from the 40 units I purchased I would like in my jaw line. He said he could do it for 44 units. Upselling. I agreed. He does my neck first, thought that was strange, then says, 'all done!' I said, Oh, wait, what about my forehead? He said, you said you would rather have your neck and jaw done. I put my head in my hands and said noooooo, sadly I said I came here primarily for my forehead. So he says, let me see if I can get you a deal on a larger amount at a better price to do your forehead, just trying to get more money out of me. He comes back and says, sorry, no I can't get you the deal, but I can still get you $10/unit to do your forehead, and I can do it in 10 units. I was shocked and said, 'really, that will work?" He said, 'OH YEAH!' I explained my budged and they charged the card on file, I signed and I left, not thinking twice about them ripping me off. I did not look at the bill since they had the card on file and I trusted them. I realized they overcharged me by $100 and Rae Lynn was so rude, if anyone wants to see the emails/voicemails from her, I will provide. No, 'Im sorry for the miscommunication or anything, just calling me a liar and sending me a financial agreement with NO REFUNDS circled like 3 times. I though this was extremely unprofessional as I expected to hear something along the lines of 'Oh no, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, let me look into it.' Instead she says well, Corey is not in until Tuesday so I will talk to him then. Thats it....and Tuesday was about 4 days away. I did not want a refund I just wanted the overcharge back. Corey calls me and says that he took it upon himself to add an extra 10 units in my 11 lines WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Again, I told him I could barely swing the extra 10 units, he clearly does not listen to his customers. I said that my 11 lines did not even bother me its the forehead and really high up to where I have been injected in my hair line before. While speaking on the phone with Corey he ends up hanging up on me while I was cool as a cucumber trying to explain my side-That I never approved this, this is the second time this has happened with him and it is sad that I feel like I should have recorded our conversation. Also, there were times he would 'poke' my skin with the needle and it felt like it never even went into my skin, like he faked injecting me. He swore up and down that he told me he had to do the 11 lines in order for the forehead to work. My forehead looks like nothing has been injected, if anything my brows look heavy and all the wrinkles on my forehead and 11 lines still remain supposedly with 20 units? Do not be fooled by the discounts. This place is a complete scam full of upselling and misleading their customers. They don't check ID and will literally take anybody's card you gave them. I WISH they would have asked for ID as I would have realized I charged the wrong card saved on my computer that had my husbands name on it. At first I realized I put it on the wrong card and just asked if I could use a different form of payment and the receptionists were so rude, saying, yeah we don't do that. She finally agreed to speak with the owner and have her call me back. We played phone tag as she has a number that goes to an unreachable line. I said at this point, I don't even want to use another card I just want my $100 back for product not received and that is when they told me they injected my glob something or the 11 lines without even explaining or GOING OVER WHAT THE NEW PRICE WOULD BE. The customer service and horrible results is enough for anyone to take my word on this. My forehead is completely uneven, and I don't even see anything at all as far as jaw tightening or anything and I have been getting Botox for 25+years. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR NO RESULTS! It was a rushed experience. Go to body point, now I have to pay to get it redone, this time I will go to a surgeon. Facetite is performed by nurses at the Rose Clinic. The lobby had a beautiful Christmas tree, looked really clean and organized, and even had some treats on the coffee table, plus a small fridge mounted against the wall that contained complimentary water bottles. After filling out a couple of questionnaire forms (being first-timers), we did wait a good 15-20 minutes before one of us was seen. Unfortunately, both of us were being seen for the same service (diamond facial) and we couldn't be seen simultaneously. I had to wait until my friend was done, and then I was called in, to also be seen and serviced by the same gal. I guess either she's the only one qualified to do the service, or they were understaffed that day. So my waiting time was 20 minutes (lobby) with my friend and another 45-50 minutes of her being serviced. So in total, I had to wait about 1 hour and 15 minutes before I ever got seen and taken back to the room, to get a diamond facial. The gal who did my diamond facial was very pleasant to work with. She explained the procedure very well and was a relaxing experience. The table you lay on was preheated and had warm blankets on it already. It was a great first-time experience!

Deeply Disappointed with My Experience and Results…read more I was recommended by my neurologist for a breast reduction to help with ongoing spinal issues. Unfortunately, I chose Dr. Bishop and my experience with Dr. Bishop was extremely disappointing and frustrating. After my initial surgery, I had to undergo multiple in-office follow-up procedures because of complications. One of my breasts developed necrosis, and I came very close to losing the entire nipple area. I was required to come in weekly for wound checks, skin removals, and throughout that time, I felt very little compassion or genuine concern from Dr. Bishop. It took over 4 months for the necrosis to heal properly requiring multiple daily wound cleaning and changes. Additionally, the tape placement during surgery was placed on me crooked, wrinkled, and bulky, which resulted in large, jagged thick scars. The overall outcome was far from what I had hoped for or what I was led to expect. While I understand that every surgery carries risks, I do not feel that my case was handled with the care or attention it deserved. Dr. Bishop did a sloppy job. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery with this provider to seek a second opinion before proceeding.

I had them removed after 8 years when I learned how TOXIC they are. Dr Bishop also failed to have me follow up with ruling out a genetic connective tissue disorder Elhers Danlos. When there were symptoms that this may be a problem. I should never have been told that Implants were safe for me. And yes I am officially diagnosed with hEDS. The few thousands he pocketed for this tragedy has cost me over 50,000 dollars and my health.
