At first glance, this is one of the local salons with low-cost services for regular haircuts, or one of those places to make chismis with your weekend manicuristas. I guess at some point, it kinda is. Being largely concerned about my hairstyle, I would only trust my hair to somebody who knows what they're doing. I'd like to keep its uniqueness, because any mistake would super suck. I tried this salon one time because it's just a few tumbles away from home.
Owned by a Japanese businesswoman, I got curious. Maybe they train their hairstylists differently here?
My current do right now is a super long, multi-layered shaggy-ish hairtyle and is dyed bright blond. And by long, I mean it falls right down my knee. And I am proud that this salon is my salon, not because I just spend less than a hundred pesos to get my perfect octopus layers (which they can execute correctly from my peg pictures, by the way), they also show care for me and warns me when I'm overbleaching my hair (haha!). I can also buy my own medicines and make them apply it, and it saves me the hassle of dyeing my own hair!
This salon is also known for their long-lasting hair rebonding work. I think it's their most popular service. So if you're looking for a salon that's cheap and trustworthy, and you live around Makati, try it! read more
