Got in contact with Anthony and he was so accommodating and understanding. We really wanted marquee letters that spell out "ROL 30" to add to the environment and it really delivered. See the attached photo for reference (my iPhone does this weird thing with LED lights but all the light bulbs were working in real life. It looked so good at our check-in area. We rented their dance floor and their marquee Aloha sign for our wedding. First off, the dance was a bit elevated and had that rustic look which we were looking for which we love. After seeing the marquee lights on a friend's Instagram, I immediately knew I would need those lights at my wedding. I asked my friend and she gladly gave me the name of her vendor, which turned out to be Designed with Aloha. What a perfect name. It was a pleasure working with Anthony, who was incredibly responsive from the very beginning. Anthony presented us with two types of aloha setups; you could either have a pineapple or heart where the letter 'o' would be. We opted for the heart. Communication was always a breeze. Anthony was very transparent with pricing, offered pictures and advice, when necessary. When our guest size decreased significantly due to a chain of events and we needed to downsize our dance floor, Anthony had no qualms with it. I was honestly nervous when I reached out to him because I didn't think the dance floor would be proportional to our guest size. Luckily he was very flexible and amended our contract to reflect the changes. I never had the opportunity to meet Anthony the day of the wedding but once I saw the lights and dance floor, my heart melted. It was everything I had dreamed of; the lights were GORGEOUS and the dance floor was beautiful. I have to also mention that the dance floor is made of good quality. It rained the morning of our wedding so needless to say, the grass was still wet. Seeing how the dance floor was wet from the grass (due to people having to get off the dance floor to grab more booze), I thought a lot of people were going to slip, including myself. Everyone was fine, even when uncoordinated from the alcohol so I must say, I was impressed with the dance floor. Everyone truly loved the aloha lights and it was the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos. I'm so glad we got the lights, dance floor, and opportunity to work with Anthony. Where do I start?! There are so many great things to say about this company. This review is gonna be long because I have to be detailed about how AMAZING Anthony's customer service is!!!! * INQUIRY: I got in touch with Anthony for the ALOHA marquee letters for my sisters wedding (MOH duties). He told me he'd check his schedule to see if he was available for that day and will get back to me to let me know. He got back to me within 10 minutes and yay, he was available! He gave me the option of picking what I'd like for the "O" since there were no other rentals booked for that day. He quoted me such a great and affordable price so of course I was 1000009% interested in booking these letters! Anthony does require a down payment (just like any other vendor) but my sis (the bride) was still unsure. I asked Anthony if I could let him know my decision later in the week and he told me to take my time and to let him know whenever we make a decision. He didn't make us feel pressured into saving the date at all! Most vendors are always like "lmk bc I book pretty quickly" * BOOKING: A week went by and my sister ended up wanting to book Anthony. Texted him and he got back right away asking for my email to send the invoice. He also asked how I wanted the "O" and showed me a photo of a new sign he had just made. It was cute but my sisters colors scheme for her wedding weren't going to match the new sign (it had a read heart as the O). I decided to give it a shot and asked if he had a gold heart. I had reached out to him early on in the wedding planning and he had given me a very reasonable quote. I let him know I would discuss everything with my fiancé and get back to him. We found a beautiful Aloha lighted sign from Designed with Aloha and moved quickly to reserve the sign for our wedding date. Unfortunately, covid came around and our wedding in Hawaii never came to light. They were very accommodating with our rescheduling but eventually, we had to pull the plug with so much uncertainty. They responded promptly to our inquiries and were easy to work with. The greatest thing about this company is that they had the integrity to return our full $50 deposit. It's a small amount and they could have easily kept it as an "administration fee" to cover for the time they worked with us, but they didn't. I'm sure they are struggling so we truly appreciate this gesture, unlike some of our other vendors which kept much larger amounts of our deposit. We really hope to someday return our business to Designed with Aloha and rent the beautiful sign that we wanted to see at our wedding.
