I rented marquee lights for my wedding and it was one of the BEST rentals I had! All my guests at the wedding (talking nearly 200 ow) said that it was an absolute showstopper; they wanted to take it home for themselves. The mickey icon with my sign made it all the more special for our wedding. They were friendly and quick to respond to any questions I had; rental process was easy.
Designed with Aloha was easy to work with. We wanted to have a marquee that said "ALOHA" for half the night and have it switched up to say "MAHALO" for the tail end of the wedding. The switch was seamless and I didn't even notice they had changed it. Designed with Aloha also provided our dance floor where we spend most of the night dancing away. Thank you Designed with Aloha!
I came across Designed with Aloha on Instagram. I absolutely loved the "Aloha" marquee sign, which I originally booked. Later, we decided to change the lettering to "AB". Anthony was extremely helpful and accommodating to our request. It came out amazing for our wedding reception and all our guest loved it! This was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I highly recommend booking Designed with Aloha!
After seeing the marquee lights on a friend's Instagram, I immediately knew I would need those lights at my wedding. I asked my friend and she gladly gave me the name of her vendor, which turned out to be Designed with Aloha. What a perfect name. It was a pleasure working with Anthony, who was incredibly responsive from the very beginning. Anthony presented us with two types of aloha setups; you could either have a pineapple or heart where the letter 'o' would be. We opted for the heart. Communication was always a breeze. Anthony was very transparent with pricing, offered pictures and advice, when necessary. When our guest size decreased significantly due to a chain of events and we needed to downsize our dance floor, Anthony had no qualms with it. I was honestly nervous when I reached out to him because I didn't think the dance floor would be proportional to our guest size. Luckily he was very flexible and amended our contract to reflect the changes. I never had the opportunity to meet Anthony the day of the wedding but once I saw the lights and dance floor, my heart melted. It was everything I had dreamed of; the lights were GORGEOUS and the dance floor was beautiful. I have to also mention that the dance floor is made of good quality. It rained the morning of our wedding so needless to say, the grass was still wet. Seeing how the dance floor was wet from the grass (due to people having to get off the dance floor to grab more booze), I thought a lot of people were going to slip, including myself. Everyone was fine, even when uncoordinated from the alcohol so I must say, I was impressed with the dance floor. Everyone truly loved the aloha lights and it was the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos. I'm so glad we got the lights, dance floor, and opportunity to work with Anthony. He does great work and is an awesome guy. Book him!
We rented their dance floor and their marquee Aloha sign for our wedding. First off, the dance was a bit elevated and had that rustic look which we were looking for which we love. However, the most photographed part of our wedding was the ALOHA sign. Every single one of our guests had selfies and group photos to take home in front of that thing. And at night, having it lit up made the space extra special and look absolutely magical. When we were making final decisions regarding things we should cut out to save money, the sign was something that we were debating on taking out. Thank goodness we ended up keeping it! Thank you so much Designed with Aloha for being a part of the reason our wedding was so spectacular!
So glad we decided to have your wedding "Aloha" sign at our wedding! Our guests loved taking pictures by it and it really just tied the whole venue together!
Rented a marquee event for a corporate event last week and received so many compliments and positive feedback from guests! A sign so simple (and wonderfully designed) sets the mood and theme of any party. Anthony, the owner of Designed with Aloha was wonderful to work with. We emailed back and forth for about a month before the event to customize the sign. He responded quickly with ideas and design options to help fit the party theme and event. The staff came early to set up and did a wonderful job! They were patient and wanted to make sure the sign was placed exactly where we wanted it and complied with the venue's rules/regulations. Helpful service and communication is a key factor -- especially if you're planning corporate events/weddings! Breakdown was also very fast and easy, staff came early to check up on us and took care of everything. If you want elegant and simple decorations that stand out -- definitely contact Anthony. It's a mess-free, beautiful, and simple set up that can be customized for your event/milestone.
Beautiful "ALOHA" sign and easy process! We ordered the "ALOHA" marquee sign for our wedding and it was a main attraction! Everyone was lining up to take pictures with this sign and it fit so well with our venue! If the sign wasn't awesome enough, at night it will light up and continue to be an incredible visual! Do not regret ordering the sign at all as some of our guests favorite pictures are with this sign! Thanks for making the entire process so easy and definitely would recommend anyone to spend extra for the sign! You won't regret it!
Ordered an "ALOHA" sign last minute for my outdoor wedding at Paliku Gardens at Kualoa Ranch. It was a PERFECT addition to my Hawaii wedding. My guests absolutely loved taking taking photos by the sign. By night time when the beautiful backdrop turned dark, our "Aloha" sign continued lighting up our wedding. No regrets on paying the extra money for this!
Where do I start?! There are so many great things to say about this company. This review is gonna be long because I have to be detailed about how AMAZING Anthony's customer service is!!!! * INQUIRY: I got in touch with Anthony for the ALOHA marquee letters for my sisters wedding (MOH duties). He told me he'd check his schedule to see if he was available for that day and will get back to me to let me know. He got back to me within 10 minutes and yay, he was available! He gave me the option of picking what I'd like for the "O" since there were no other rentals booked for that day. He quoted me such a great and affordable price so of course I was 1000009% interested in booking these letters! Anthony does require a down payment (just like any other vendor) but my sis (the bride) was still unsure. I asked Anthony if I could let him know my decision later in the week and he told me to take my time and to let him know whenever we make a decision. He didn't make us feel pressured into saving the date at all! Most vendors are always like "lmk bc I book pretty quickly" * BOOKING: A week went by and my sister ended up wanting to book Anthony. Texted him and he got back right away asking for my email to send the invoice. He also asked how I wanted the "O" and showed me a photo of a new sign he had just made. It was cute but my sisters colors scheme for her wedding weren't going to match the new sign (it had a read heart as the O). I decided to give it a shot and asked if he had a gold heart. He didn't have gold but he did offer to FLIP IT AND PAINT IT GOLD! I was like omg yaaasss! Sent him my email for the invoice to make a deposit. I gave it another shot and asked if he had Venmo to pay him through there (LOL!) he did and he allowed me to send him my deposit through Venmo!!!!! Also paid the remaining balance through Venmo as well. * WEDDING DAY: Lanikuhonua | Phase 2 These letters could've not been any more beautiful-er! These letters had this wedding LIT! Literally. Great quality and ALL of the lights actually WORKED! It was the main attraction! (Besides my sister and her husband). We used it for the bride and groom to take photos with the guests. I was not there when Anthony came to set up the letters but I know he arrived on time. Breakdown time came, he arrived on time and packed up his letters quick without a problem. I stopped him on his way to pack up his truck and thanked him once again. My sisters wedding was back in June and till this day, we can't get enough of how beautiful these marquee letters are so I just had to write this review! There are other vendors who you could rent marquee letters from but I guarantee you, YOU WILL NOT REGRET BOOKING WITH ANTHONY. SPREAD THE WORD.
Designed with Aloha deserves 10 stars! We rented the ALOHA marquee letters for our wedding, and received so many compliments from our guests. Anthony was such a pleasure to work with and provided exceptional customer service. The booking process was simple and easy, and Anthony always responded to emails promptly. He set up the ALOHA sign outdoors for our photo op, and later came back to transfer the letters inside the reception room. I did not think this would be possible, but he made it happen and was very patient and waited until we finished taking photos with it. It was the perfect touch for our destination wedding! BOOK them for your wedding ... it is absolutely worth it!
Why get a photobooth when you can get a marquee ALOHA sign that can be used as photo backdrop and lighting?! I really liked the idea of getting a marquee sign and Anthony was recommended to me by my venue. Anthony was easy to work with and very responsive. Seriously...it was the easiest thing I set up for the wedding. And the pricing was very reasonable. He showed up on time to set the sign up the day of. I absolutely love how the sign looked at my wedding! It really was the perfect photo backdrop. Sooo many guests took photos by it and it looks great in our professional photos. It also helped light up the property at night next to our dance floor. Forget the cheesy photobooth and get the ALOHA sign instead! You won't regret it.

Designed with Aloha is AMAZING! My church (Resurrection of the Lord Church in Waipahu) was planning its 30th anniversary fundraiser gala and as one of the volunteers on the planning committee, I was looking left and right for local vendors who would be willing to donate services or any items that was available. Got in contact with Anthony and he was so accommodating and understanding. We really wanted marquee letters that spell out "ROL 30" to add to the environment and it really delivered. See the attached photo for reference (my iPhone does this weird thing with LED lights but all the light bulbs were working in real life. It looked so good at our check-in area. We ended up moving it closer to the lanai area so people could use it as a photo op. Pick and up drop off was super easy and the staff was chill. Designed with Aloha's service is top notch and I'm a loyal customer from here on out. Mahalo Anthony and Designed with Aloha! read more

I'm not sure how I stumbled upon Designed With Aloha but I'm so so happy I did! As a bride there were a few things I knew that I had to have at my wedding. Marquee letter lights were at the top of my list. Anthony was very responsive to my emails and questions. which is a big deal when planning a wedding. Also doesn't hurt that pricing is very reasonable! The lights were a huge hit with our guests! Everyone was lining up to take pictures with it. Let me show you how beautiful the lights look against the sunset. read more

The marquee lights were show stoppers. People were coming up to our event asking me about the lights, where they came from, how they could also rent them etc. I proudly shared Anthony's info. In addition the amazing lights, Anthony was prompt, kind, creative and didn't sweat it when we ran a bit over the time I told him our event would end. Sadly we aren't locals but if we were I'd use them for every event!! Run don't walk to book them for your event. Five service. read more

We rented marquee lights from Designed with Aloha for our hashtag sign to make it easy for our guests to remember our hashtag. Not only did it do that, but it served as the most beautiful backdrop for our wedding. Our guests were taking pictures in front of it all night. Anthony was so amazing to work with, quick to respond to inquiries, and so accommodating. This sign was such a great investment, I can't imagine not having it. I highly recommend them to add that extra something special to your wedding decor. Thank you Anthony and Marivelle. read more
