Marcy did a wonderful job on my project-drapes, upholstery and cushions. She was professional and…read morehad a great selection of fabrics for me to choose from. She was a huge help in choosing what was best for my needs and it ended up looking fantastic! The furniture she reupholstered was beautiful and so nicely done and compared to other upholsterers in the area she was competitive in pricing and got it done faster than they quoted me. I saw the one other review on here and that's why I felt I needed to put this review. I'm not sure if it was someone who was honest about their dealings with her but I and and several other friends who have used her have all had a great experience with her and would be happy to refer her to anyone.

I paid over $6,000 for a number of custom curtains and curtain hardware and never received…read moreanything. The online store owner, Marcy C. Andrew, of Meridian, ID, has disappeared. It's been six months. I'm wondering if anyone out there has had the same thing happen. She had an Etsy store called My Haute Stuff, @Handmade Hut and I ordered a number of custom curtains. She told me to pay through PayPal, rather than Etsy, and as soon as I did she closed her Etsy store. She gave many excuses for my curtains bring delayed, and, after six months of hearing every excuse in the book, and never receiving a single thing, I asked for a full refund. She stopped responding all together. Because of her process in having me pay her directly and then closing her shop immediately, I think this may be a regular scam of hers, involving shops of different names. Her name is Marcy C Andrew, of Meridian, ID.

We found out right before Christmas, although the bookshelf arrived, that the desk was back-ordered months. I went to the store to make sure I still wanted the bookshelf, I then paid the delivery charge to have them build it and deliver it the same day. To solve my urgent need for a desk, Marc suggested another place. As it turned out, I found it! I didn't want to have to pay for another delivery charge, so I called Marc and his team came to me, (at a competitor's store) and picked it up at no additional charge. I was so happy to have both items at my house before the holidays. Team Echelon is wonderful!

I would not recommend CoverTech company. They built a small pergola for us working through a…read morelandscape company in Boise. There were several issues, but the biggest one is they cut one of the beams 1/2" short which is very noticeable. When we asked them to replace the beam they first said it was within "threshold" even though the rest of the beams are flush and do not have a space. After continuing to ask them to fix the beam they said they would not be responsible for the structure AND WE HAD TO PAY FOR THE BEAM AND THEIR LABOR. This clearly shows their lack of craftsmanship. No craftsman would say 1/2" off on a board was within threshold. For another issue we had their technician changeout silver bolts on a black structure (which should never have been silver since the remainder of the bolts were black) and didn't even have a drill. We would definitely not ever recommend this company to anyone.
