All customer service died and it was most challenging, along with a very long wait, to get recognition or resolution to the issues. After several months it was decided that they would replace it. The stipulations were that I replace the carpeting with Karastan carpeting and that the new carpeting was more money and I needed to pay an additional $1000.00. The new carpeting has the same issue with losing threads. Also, the pattern did not match in a few places when installing. There is an area running down the middle of the room. Woody came to the my house to repair it, but the line is still visible and he said it is the best he could do and would have one of he owners to contact me. As a result, less than three years later, every transition piece has popped and the hallway is buckling. No need to talk to the owner since he was rude and dismissive of me when I made my final payment. My three bedrooms were done by Joe's carpet service (Taylor MI), very professional and fixed my transition pieces. Sadly, I now have to pay to fix my buckled hallway.

Installation was completed and Jose and his crew did a horrible job. The floor is unlevel, the vinyl tiles are popping, corners are sharp and cutting my kids feet. The job needed to be redone from start to finish. They sent Jesse out to fix the job, he did an amazing job fixing a lot of the popping and sharp pieces. However, he was not able to level the floor since the job was done incorrectly and needed a complete redo. I requested multiple times for Bill to come out and see the job for himself and since Jesse "fixed" the job they are no longer responding to me. We paid $5000 for a floor that must be completely redone. I absolutely would not recommend this company but if you do use them, only let Jesse and his crew work on your job.

Classic bait and switch. I went there and picked out my carpet and gave them their required…read moresubstantial deposit. Then they told me my choice was discontinued. Ok, back to find another. Not so easy as everything I selected was the same-not available. Why would you even have discontinued samples on your display? They don't have much choice to begin with so it just got worse. The one I ended up ordering took forever and then when it was delivered it was totally matted and the installer said it would never look any better and suggested I not accept. So it got returned. I ended up spending a lot of my own time researching options with the manufacturer to find SOMETHING we could use. Finally found one and they said it was more expensive. (Sure it was ) I paid the extra and got it installed. It was supposed to be one of those great pet and kid proof wears-like-iron types. Nope. Had it cleaned (I'm really picky about floors being clean) and it would not clean at all. They were here forever and could not get it clean. Had a friend who is in the business come take a look and they said to remove it-the fibers were crap and would never look how they should. So over $2000 on a small bedroom later, we're pulling the crap up and putting in hardwood. I hate to say it but I regret ever going in that store
