The product line we looked at was a solid, mid-level cabinets and very affordable. I ended up working with a contractor who, of course had his own local cabinet person, and it was part of the package and price we agreed to. Candidly I think Adam's cabinets are better. But The contractor was pretty insistent that we use his guy otherwise he wasn't going to be responsible for that aspect of the project which wasn't in our best interest.

While the cabinets are good/great, the service and effort that Adam exhibited was phenomenal. Adam worked cumulatively hours on our design, he improved the project after every iteration. While I am reasonable handy, I do not do kitchen renovation as a living, Adam does and because of his experience our final results no not look like a DIYer did it. What I am referring to is the little extras that Adam knew were available and how these small touches would impact the final results. Devinn Bua did the showroom and onsite consultation; Dean Bua and Jimmy did the renovations. This was a complete gutting, all sheetrock removed, soffits removed with plumbing relocated, doorway into dining room widened by 4', doorway into foyer widened by almost 1', new upper & lower cabinets & floor, all new electrical. Aside from some dings caused by the cabinet mftr's packing skills, the job went flawlessly. He showed us the different types and styles of cabinets and how they would fit and look in our kitchen. He did a great job of explaining the benefits and limitations of the different styles and how that would affect what options we'd be able to have. Once we decided on what we wanted, the cabinets were ordered and a delivery and installation date were set.  The head installer, Eddie, came with his installation crew. They really knew what they were doing and had no problem working through any of the problems you inevitably encounter when doing this kind of work. I was really impressed with how careful they were with the new cabinets. They really treated everything with care. I've seen other people spend a lot of money only to end up with scuffed up cabinets because the installers weren't careful. Once complete, they left the kitchen clean. They thoroughly vacuumed the area, not leaving a mess behind. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. They met the expectations that they set. They were able to confidently deal with any speed bumps that arose, and they left us with a great finished product. I can't recommend them highly enough!

We had cabinets that cover our HVAC units made by Little Wolf several years ago and have been very happy with them. Yesterday, the largest piece of wood came off the cabinet in my young children's room. If it fell on one of my kids, it would have caused significant injury. We emailed Little Wolf asking for them to come and fix the cabinet (we didn't ask for a freebie). To quote their email to us "just pick up magnets and let your handyman​ fix it." We bought three vanities from Paramus Kitchen & Bath, one 49" and two 24", and when they were…read moredelivered, quality was well below expectations. All three units had rather big uneven gaps. The drawers on the big one are misaligned. They even installed top drawers in the exact spot where the sinks go, even though we bought the sinks and tops from them at the same time. Our contractor had to tear the drawers apart and reattach the fronts just to make the vanities usable. What is also interesting, when we ordered it, the salesperson did hand-drawing of the big vanity. This drawing is probably the only blueprint that was used during manufacturing. The paint on the edges is already wearing off. There are a couple of places where the primer is showing through. And the vanities we received look somewhat different from the showroom models, which had tight, clean gaps, not the big, uneven ones we got. We even stopped by the store to show them the issues. The person who took our order said she would send someone to our home to look at the problems. We never heard from her again. To be fair, the countertops are exceptionally good. But as we understand it, they are manufactured and installed by a different company that Paramus Kitchen & Bath subcontracts. After vanities were installed, they came to our home, took all the measurements, then in a few days they came again and installed countertops. Top quality. Out of our entire renovation, buying from Paramus Kitchen & Bath was the biggest mistake we made.

Mike did a great job with our kitchen layout, Glenn and Don communicated well and the installers did a great job. The installers have excellent craftsmanship and are genuinely nice guys; they want you to be happy with the final product. Our job was finished in Aug 2021. We are happy with the final product and our kitchen looks great. A few items to note: 1. Mike is an awesome designer and nice guy but we needed to chase multiple times to get our plans after our deposit was paid. Mike had to personally drive over to get plans to us for a meeting with our general contractor which added additional stress. Communication and follow up could be improved. 2. Get installation costs in writing in your contract to avoid the actual cost being over what was verbally communicated. We ultimately arrived in a good place but the back and forth on this added stress. Would recommend HK&B.
