When I got to their shop and ran through the sizes with him we realized I was going to be short with the material I brought, he sold me a used mirror he had there for a very reasonable price, he even cleaned up some of the leftover glue on the backs of the mirrors I brought at no additional cost. 2 weeks later we broke one of the mirrors installing it and again he offered me a low cost solution to replace it. They not only do great work, they are good honest people, I would highly recommend them!

Called this morning at 10:04 am and spoke with Rebecca, who said the project manager was in a meeting but would get on it "soon," who then hung up on me abruptly when I asked if it would be by noon or some other time today. Called back again before close of business at 3:40 pm, reached Rebecca again, who said the project managers were out for the day, then said she could leave a message with them to follow up after New Years Day. Began to express my frustration that they don't seem interested in actually providing a quote and have misrepresented their timeline for providing one multiple times and she hung up on me mid sentence. The entire process from the initial consultation, measuring and ordering windows custom made for my home and installation was roughly 6 weeks. The owner who conducted the initial consultation, scheduler, crew foreman, and crew members were fast, efficient, cleaned up the demolition of the original windows beautifully and were very friendly. Some were even born and raised in the same neighborhood as me.
