I stopped by Stone and Quartz and the owner's wife, Lina helped me select a stainless steel sink and quartz countertop. Hugo, the owner came by to take measurements and within two weeks the job was complete and excellent. Last month my wife decided that the kitchen needed some updating. "Let's remove the two sinks (one sink for disposal and one sink for pots and pans etc) and install one of those large rectangular stainless steel sinks...it will look great !" I contacted Hugo and he came over to take measurements to cut the existing granite and install a 36 X 22 rectangular stainless steel sink. As before, Hugo took time in measuring for cutting the existing granite for a perfect fit. About two weeks later Hugo was back with his crew of professional installers and measured again and did the installation and WOW what a difference. Here's the short version: If you are seeking an honest, trust-worthy remolding/construction firm -…read moreI offer my praise and endorsement for MIA Construction Services. Now for those of you interested in the details, please allow me to share my story with you demonstrating why I feel MIA Construction Services delivered 5-star service. I will spare you the particulars, but I suffered a year-long delay at the hands of an inexperienced, lazy and fraudulent South Florida contractor. I turned to Yelp seeking a remodeling company with a solid set of reviews. This search exercise introduced me to MIA Construction Services. I have to say I was very impressed during my initial contact with the Company. My first call to MIA Construction Services was picked up immediately by a live person - I did not expect that type of experience in this industry. I can also confirm that all communication throughout the project was carried out in a similar way - even on weekends. The young lady I spoke with was a clear communicator that efficiently setup an appointment for an estimate. The representative that arrived at my place on the prescribed date for the estimate was extremely polite, very professional, and overall impressive. This individual, which turned out to be the Owner of the firm, thoroughly gathered requirements asking for details and fixture specs that could significantly affect the scope and price of the project. In retrospect, this through conversation really helped make my estimate accurate without any "surprises" along the way. I also appreciated that the company understood the hesitation I possessed after being "burned" by the previous contractor. MIA Construction offered a payment schedule that secured payments only after demonstration of milestone accomplishment - this fact alone won my trust. Over the next 5-6 weeks, I grew to trust and appreciate MIA Construction Services more and more. I never experienced any anxiety letting the team into my home, in fact, I knew I could trust and enjoy each person I met. Obviously, the project encountered design challenges and nuances once they walls came down, but when any issues arose, MIA escalated the topic quickly and we used team work to find a practical solution. I know I shared many details, but the scope and nature of procuring remodeling services is not an easy subject. I wish you all the best on your next renovation!

Total Remodel of Master Bathroom…read more I have done a lot of remodeling in my home and condominium over the years and Frenchy A+ Remodeling LLC has done the BEST job, using top quality products and the latest designs. Meleek is a hard working, honest, respectful perfectionist with a crew that has his values. I met Meleek when he was creating a new bathroom for my neighbor and when I saw how well it turned out, I got a very reasonable/competitive quote and he began my master bathroom remodeling. He installed all new gorgeous wall and floor tile, new cabinets with underneath lighting, contemporary quartz countertop, 2 shower heads, a ceiling shower that changes colors, and all having handheld wands. He did an outstanding job and I know you would be extremely happy hiring his company to do ALL of your remodeling.... I know he is the only one I will ever use and most important, they are trustworthy, leaving them to work in your house while you are gone is a PLUS not having to be home all the time. Everyone knows 10pm is the cutoff time in polite society. If you don't know that, you should go watch "Curb Your Enthusiasm". In any event, the professional thing to do would have been to let us know that they would not like to work with us. Instead they block our number. Who does that!? If you want to waste your time, get started with these people. They will just disappoint you in the end. Unprofessional-ism is inexcusable. EDIT: Very sorry to hear about your loss.
