We have had a lot of work done, from removal of popcorn ceilings, to retexturing ceilings, paint entire interior, demolition of walls and built-in furniture, new improved lighting, new master bath, plus guest bath and half bath suites, and even removal of ALL flooring (tile and carpets) and installation of new 32" tiles. Every contractor was on time, professional, clean, wore masks throughout the pandemic, and simply cared about their job. Updating my review after the third visit to fix problems. I guess I should be grateful they did…read morecome to fix them at all. when so many contractors ghost you. But they've been back so many times I don't want them back. Stuff is still messed up and I just fixed it myself. The original and subsequent installation failed so badly after a few weeks that they had to be redone not once, but twice. After the grass was peeling up and flapping in the wind while cleaning with a blower, I was told not to use a blower to clean the grass. When they came back for the third time, they used a Portland cement mixture to adhere the grass, as I now understand is proper. When I asked why they only used nails and boards before, I was actually told "because it's easier". They missed a whole section of grass in the installation, which they had to come back for, and they also messed up the driveway gate cover by installing boards around it. I've had another contractor out to install more grass and I now see what a mess this was. I wouldn't use Instagreen again.
