We have had a lot of work done, from removal of popcorn ceilings, to retexturing ceilings, paint entire interior, demolition of walls and built-in furniture, new improved lighting, new master bath, plus guest bath and half bath suites, and even removal of ALL flooring (tile and carpets) and installation of new 32" tiles. Every contractor was on time, professional, clean, wore masks throughout the pandemic, and simply cared about their job. Tracey was bubbly and full of life. She was excited to help us. She provided us with about 20 fabric books at all price points. A week later we brought her the books back and indicated what fabric we chose. At that point she informed us that she need the deposit of the agreed upon price so she could purchase the fabric. She did indcate that she was working on several jobs and could not start our job until January 2025. We agreed. On December 19, 2024 we received a call from Tracey stating she needed a second deposit, which was not discussed in October, when I asked why Tracey's tone got a bit nasty and she informed us it was to hold our spot in the que. Reluctantly we sent her a second deposit with no real start date confirmed. It all went downhill from there. By the end of January we had not heard from her. We were constantly texting her. Finally in the middle of February she said to bring the chairs in. We did. March, April, May & June she told us she would have the chairs done. She lied and lied and continued to lie. She NEVER started them. Finally in July we demanded our chairs back and the fabric (ar this point we weren't even shore she purchased the fabric) When we picked up the untouched chairs the fabric was there. We demanded our 2nd deposit back immediately. She has only sent us a portion of our second deposit. She told us she has to check with her account. All this woman does is lie. She may be a very good upholstered but she sucks at business. My husband and I did nothing to Tracey to make her treat us like this. We were kind. Did as she asked but we were lied to over & over. I would not trust her, no matter how talented she is. What a disappointment.

Nance Arce´ AKBD from Naturally Creative Inc. helped my wife and me design our new master bath. It was a wonderful experience. She took into account all our wants and needs. The contractors she used were very professional and the results were great. There were a few glitches (as in any construction project), but everything was resolved to our satisfaction.
