What transpired there with my daughter has essentially ruined her life. My daughter has learning differences , not on the spectrum. We had complained about a boy who my daughter said was obsessed with her. We requested for her to not be in the same classroom as this boy, request denied. Then one day her mood shifted and she cried every morning not wanting to go to school. She couldn't tell us what happened. It was too traumatic for her to voice it. She was in 4th grade. Her behavior was very anxious and not able to stay in the classroom. They tried to accommodate her by spending time in the principles office. She was still not able to stop panicking. We had to take her out. 5 years of therapy later it was revealed she was sexually assaulted in the bathroom by the boy. She is still traumatized by it and probably always will be. We have been through hell. Suicide attempts , inability to focus, an eating disorder etc etc etc. she is now in 10th grade having to be held back a year because of lost class time due to the trauma. And disgustingly this was not an isolated instance. The one family we became close to who also left discover the same boy sexually assaulted their son. I'm not saying the school itself is awful in sure there are amazing experiences and caring teachers. And for many we met there this is the only option so you naturally choose to accept or maybe turn a blind eye to red flags. I don't know if the head of school has changed but she was awful. Good luck!

I took my class with Matthew Perez, adjunct instructor to Barry, and he made sure the content was clear. The skills instructors and professors only want the best for us and it was thoroughly shown throughout my time that was spent with them. A lot of attention and guidance is provided to the students and if at any time confusion was present, the professors and skills instructors made sure to clarify the topics. Furthermore, whenever students had a question outside of class Mr. Perez was always prompt on answering emails and was able to meet the student's individual needs. As cheesy as it sounds, I can go on and on about how great this program is but you would only have to experience it to understand!

After receiving a traffic citation for accidentally driving through a red light, I was given the option of attending traffic school. Like many drivers, I felt disappointed in myself and wanted to learn from the experience. This course turned out to be much more valuable than I expected. The lessons were well organized, easy to follow, and available in both written and audio formats, making the material accessible and engaging. Rather than simply reviewing traffic laws, the course helped me understand how easily human error can occur and, more importantly, how to become a safer and more attentive driver. I especially appreciated the clear explanations of current California traffic laws and the practical examples used throughout the course. The quizzes were straightforward, open-book, and designed to reinforce learning rather than create stress. I completed the course successfully and felt that I gained knowledge that will make me a better driver in the future. What impressed me most was that I finished the course feeling educated rather than punished. It served as an excellent reminder of the responsibilities we all share on the road. In fact, I believe this course is so beneficial that every California driver should take it every few years--even if they have never received a traffic violation. The information is valuable, current, and could help prevent accidents while making our roads safer for everyone. Thank you, Best Online Traffic School, for creating such a thoughtful and effective learning experience. Kathy G.

She taught us how to use the throwing wheel table thing and how to form the clay into a bowl. Handling clay on a wheel was much harder than how it seems in those sped up videos you see on social media. You have to use a good amount of strength to stabilize your arm, and you have to work steadily despite the wheel moving quickly. It was a good experience, especially after discovering a typical beginners throwing class takes about 6 weeks when we only had an hour. After making the bowls, we waited about 4 weeks for Green & Bisque to finish glazing and firing our bowls before we picked it up. It's definitely a worthwhile experience if you enjoy working with your hands or crafting!

I respond deeply to gestures of goodwill and trust from a business. This was the opposite. My interactions with a member of the leadership team left me feeling talked down to rather than respected. When I raised concerns about communication, the response was not to acknowledge the experience but to repeatedly defend and cite policy. The emails were unnecessarily long, defensive, unprofessional, and patronizing. My concerns and request for a middle ground were met with condescending rhetorical questions and comparisons that completely missed the point. Look beneath the glossy branding and the environment feels cold, transactional, and sterile. To me, that's not a place that fosters creativity. A business can have firm policies while still treating customers with generosity and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
