I continue to be surprised by the flavor because I am not a fan of reheated food in general. I had an enchilada, which was more like a wet burrito. The salsa has a nice flavor to it. I think this would just be better as a burrito but I did eat almost all of it soooooo.... However I did add a little extra cheese and eat an avocado with it. Still really happy with the food from here.

We have a weekly calendar put in the lunch room so we can see the 3 or 4 lunch/dinner options in advance to plan accordingly. Generally, there's a vegetarian salad or entree option and two main courses that entail meat. Their rotation is generous enough with enough dynamic meal options that I still haven't become wary of their menu selections. I love that the toppings and sides (such as different cheeses, dressings, sauces, mayonnaise, dipping sauce) are housed in their own individual containers, which really lets me pick and choose what I want to use or what I want to offer to someone else without it being contaminated. The food is always fresh, sometimes gourmet, sometimes home style. I can't count the number of times I've goofily sent pictures of the food to friends only to have them respond with their envy. Never thought I'd be writing a review about a catering service, but they deserve it.

What stood out most were all the thoughtful personal touches. They made an exception to host all four of us for the tasting (when normally they just allow 2) and even prepared a special yuzu salmon for us as those were our favorites. You can really tell how much care and creativity Raphael, Mike, Michi, and the whole family put into what they do. We ultimately went with another caterer that was a closer fit for the specific dinner experience we had in mind, but we came away extremely impressed with Michi's Life and were treated like family. Would absolutely recommend them and would happily consider them for another event in the future!

As soon as we ate the food, we knew exactly that we had to hire them! The food was amazing, they made us feel like we were eating at home with them. Yes, they were expensive, but they do ALOT and provide alot and during+after the wedding, we had so many people telling us it was the absolute best food they have ever eaten at a wedding. - They helped coordinate linens and rentals and helped us when we wanted to do a second meeting to confirm our selections. - They gracefully answered questions throughout when finalizing our menu, and the 2nd tasting was just as delicious as the first. Their service and warmth did not diminish one bit after we signed. - During the wedding day, mr Michi himself handed us a handroll right after the ceremony, and that honestly was one of the moments I remember vividly. - The late night snacks were much appreciated by people, and after dancing, people appreciated the extra fuel. - They even helped clean up afterwards! Even for things that werent part of dinner. Honeslty made our wedding the event of a lifetime and it wouldn't have been the same without the amazing Michi family catering us.

tldr: Stop eating out, this meal prep tastes just as good with amazing customer service to boot!…read more To preface this review, I am a private personal trainer with nutritional goals of building muscle and keeping my body fat percentage low. Essentially, I need enough protein and other macro/micronutrients to strive towards my fitness goals while I stay energized for my hectic work schedule. For most people that sounds like I would be on a typical broccoli & rice diet. However, I NEED my food to have flavor or I think I would lose the will to do anything. This is where Njoy Meal Preps changes the game for me. Their food is legitimately restaurant flavor worthy with high protein levels and low caloric counts. They keep each dish within my nutrition expectations by choosing less caloric dense ingredients, such as the shredded chicken in their Banh Mi Bowl or their assortment of veggies in their Veggie Bibimbap. You might think that less caloric dense ingredients do not taste as great, but trust me, each dish is packed with amazing sauces and marinades that emulate all kinds of Asian cuisine! The cherry on top is that they are constantly rotating their menu with different menu items or subtle improvements to each dish, meaning their food never gets boring!! Now all of this would fall apart if my food didn't come in time since I am on a tight schedule and my stomach can't afford to wait for late deliveries. Njoy is always on time, if not early, with my meal prep. Not to mention, they always get back to me within 30 minutes when I DM their Instagram with any adjustments to my order. Overall 5 out of 5, I have never had better meal prep or customer service! Cheers guys, you have a customer for life!

They often have Buy One Meal, Donate One Meal which sets an example for other local restaurants. I choose to order food at ChefCentury not only because I believe in the impact they're making in the community underserved population, but also because of the love and care for the food they serve! Take a look at the photos I've attached! They are carefully packed and each is well balanced. The price is SO FAIR! $16-$18 for gourmet meals! You just can't go wrong! Here are my reviews for each meal I've tried: Chef Brad's Beef Swellington - Sirloin wrapped in prosciutto and walnut encrusted? Please sign me up! The sirloin is cooked medium well. If you have to reheat, no problem at all! You'll still have a juicy steak to enjoy. The terragon hollandaise is so delicious! It comes with roasted potatoes and asparagus wrapped in bell pepper. Delicious! Hawaiian Pulled Pork - L&L has nothing on this dish! Lean pulled pork that has just the right seasoning, balanced with cabbage! Drool! The rice is PERFECT too! Don't get me started on the macaroni salad. I HAVE NEVER had this kind of macaroni indulgence before! The past is cooked perfectly and it's not cheaply drenched in Mayo. You see the minced carrot and the flavor is so well balanced. I'm salivating describing this dish... Sweet and Savory pulled pork - I would eat this everyday for lunch! It's low carb, it came with mostly veggies and a hassleback potato. It did come with hush puppies but they were not big in size and made me feel guilty to eat. The grilled veggies in balsamic reduction compliments everything. I could snack on them all day. Overall, I feel so fortunate to have ChefCentury in my neighborhood, I almost feel spoiled! I encourage you to try them, like yesterday! Support a business making a positive impact and feel great knowing you're eating high quality food and giving back. Can't beat that feeling!
