I really did not appreciate how jazlyn Robertson (veterinarian) tried charging us over $500 for something that was so minor, I was not pleased with my service from them they were not thorough enough to wait for X-Rays from another vet and so then she wanted to charge me for shit that was completely unnecessary. I have no respect for people that try to go the easy way out and not do their job right. Next time wait the extra 20 min if you need to receive x-rays and don't just give people a goddamn ultimatum! I felt disrespected and personally insulted. I asked for a refund and Im taking my puppy out of their hands. I refuse to support someone who has the ability to do this to others. BE MORE THOROUGH WITH YOUR WORK!

We happened upon Suze & Badger Mountain Pet Care, and cautiously gave them a try. We interviewed her over the phone, and had an in-home consult shortly thereafter. Boy, were we pleasantly surprised when she came over! Not only was Suze super-professional, but she 1) treated us as valued customers from the start, and 2) she treated her business like a business - GO FIGURE! Licensed, bonded, & insured, Suze was the real deal when it came down to the brass tacks of her business. Not only did she maintain a legitimate business presence, but she also carried herself in a professional manner, and had all the documentation that you would expect from a professional. She asked the right questions, took notes, and walked the property with us, in order to cover ALL the bases, in the event of an, "Uh oh" moment. Beyond getting us to wag our tails, our dogs were instantly drawn to Suze's calmness & demeanor. Our pets - whom are family, to us - were happy and relaxed in Suze's presence, which made us feel supremely confident in her abilities to manage our home & hearth while we were away. During our absence, we would receive texts / photos periodically - and Suze never hesitated to contact us with a question / concern, whether about the property, or the dogs. We LIKE this, and if you do as well, we would encourage you to call Suze for a consult in your home. When we return home, everything is in order, and our dogs are happy. We realistically couldn't ask for more from Suze & Badger Mountain Pet Care.

Everybody else was asking for tons of information and throwing quotes at me right off the bat and these guys got my name number and my cat's name down and got me in very soon. Within a couple of days. The two ladies at the front desk were very sweet and got me back to the room quickly. The vet assistant came in, I think his name was Hunter, very nice young fella, did a great job. Then doctor Kiddo came in and took a look. They did what they needed to do, gave me the options and worked very well with me. I was very happy with the whole interaction. They didn't try and upsell me on anything they just did what they could to help me and help my cat. I would recommend these guys to anyone. I will definitely be back. Thank you guys

This was supposed to be a quick, 30-minute visit. Instead, it turned into an agonizing 6.5-hour ordeal. To make matters worse, after keeping my cat for most of the workday, they had the nerve to try and charge me for boarding. When I called to check on the status of my cat and find out when I could pick him up, the receptionist, Lisa, was incredibly rude and completely unhelpful. She told me she would speak with the doctor and call me back, but a call never came. I guess she was too busy playing with her puppy to do her job. Don't waste your money here.

They gave us multiple medications for both dogs which made them absolutely miserable, sick, and even worse. Both dogs had severe diarrhea and vomiting. They were both hiding in places in our yard we believe was to die. We finally took them to pet emergency (which they are at now, day 2 there so far many more to go). I had to carry my female Australian shepherds lifeless limp body from my backyard to our truck while she Defecated herself (scared and saddest thing I've ever experienced). I thought she was dying. Our male Australian was slightly better than our female but also weak and could barely walk. Both were diagnosed with Salmon Poisoning. Our female Aussie has had 2 blood transfusions so far and both are on feeding tubes. We were told our male Aussie has a fair chance of surviving and our female has a less than fair chance of surviving because of how sick she is. This place misdiagnosed our dogs even with us giving them lots of information including knowledge of them eating raw salmon. They charged us over $3000, and now we are at over $10,000 at the pet emergency room. We are estimating well over $20,000 to nurse them both. They pretty much killed our 2 Australian Shepherd's with treatment they didn't need. If they had diagnosed correctly this would be an entirely different situation. Honestly feel like we should sue for this BS. Our dogs are family, we trusted this vet office as being professional but they definitely aren't. I wish we would have taken them to the pet emergency not this place. But we thought a veterinarian was a veterinarian. Now we know to never take any of our pets here again and also never recommend them to anyone.

Our 8 year old Papillon mix had her dental cleaning done this past May and she also had to have 2 teeth roots extracted. The pre- opt appointment and blood work went well and the doctor took his time and explained everything. The day of the procedure went very well, the technician came out also took her time explaining what we can expect during recovery. The cost was comparable to other vets. The medication we were sent home with kept our girl comfortable and she recovered with no ill effects. Yesterday we took our 8 month old Chihuahua in to be spayed. We arrived shortly after 8am, the staff member checking her in was amazing. Very nice and took her time to go over the possible charges and estimate. We left feeling that our baby was in the best hands. When it was time to pick her up (we arrived at 3pm on a Friday), we were greeted promptly and had very little wait. You can not beat their spay/neutering cost and there is no compromise in the care you receive. I feel like our puppy received the very best care and treatment and I honestly don't think she could have received any better if we'd gone elsewhere and paid $400 like we were quoted from another vet. Sammie is 7 pound chihuahua, she was spayed and microchipped for around $134. I was a little concerned because about cost after reading some of the negative reviews about added cost, but honestly I can't see them doing this. They were always up front about charges with both our dogs. In my opinion, this clinic offers an affordable service for having your pets fixed. I would recommend them. My only feedback I can give is to the doctor (sorry I'm horrible with names, it's regarding the man vet) first off as I mentioned early, I loved how he took the time to explain everything and was very nice. My only suggestion is to lessen a bit on the hard sell in regards to the preventive medications. Surely it's good to encourage the use of preventative flea and heart worm medication but we kinda felt like we were being guilted if we didn't go with the brands sold by the clinic. LoL it's kinda funny and I hope he doesn't take this the wrong way but he'd be an amazing car salesman! Lmao Final thoughts - if you have an appointment in the afternoon you need to realize that those folks getting seen before you who have no appointment are there for the walk in shots and services. They aren't seeing the vet so no, you are not being overlooked. I heard someone complaining about that in the waiting area. I honestly love that they offer shots and services like nail trims as a walk in Option. :)

They accidently cut off one horn and lost it inside the belly as these people don't know how (not trained) to use ultrasound. They messed up the procedure and didn't even refund the money. Now 2 months later this kitten is in heat at 10 months of age and will need much more difficult surgery and anesthesia again, as locating the horn when the uterus is removed is much more difficult.
