The fact that they took the time to go into their system and look up my phone number instead of just writing a generic response is impeccable customer service. I totally understand that if you show up five minutes before close and expect to have a 20 minute service that is taking advantage, but she understands that was not what I was trying to do. Then only issue MY ACCOUNT NEVER GOT FROVEN AND CHAHED FOR DECEMBER and JANUARY . I so so great fun for a refund for December goddess's I can purchase my child diapers now. I've my back 5 times and still no pending refund form. I've wrote the Salome 7 emails and recover 3. I would really like this issue get resolved ASAP. The girls working there were really stuck up and I felt judged because I wasn't trying to achieve 'Snooki' levels of tan. When I walked in I was a little nervous because it is a tanning salon not a normal "salon" where you would get facials, and treatments. Meredith came out and greeted us and I was even more nervous as she had sweatshirt and jeans on, not typical esthetician professional smocks. She then walked us into a little room, which was probably used for a tanning bed before facials were offered. The room was not a typical, salon type room. It was very bare and not esthetically pleasing for a soothing, pamper yourself, type of treatment. Meredith was very friendly though and started by shaping our eyebrows. She listened to what we wanted and delivered very well. We were both happy with our eyebrows. She then did the facial for my daughter while I waited. Then it was my turn. Once she started and I closed my eyes I forgot I was not in a nice salon. She did an amazing job. Very relaxing and thorough. Meredith had high standards because my sister is an esthitician so I know what a great facial feels like. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Meredith for facials. Her normal prices are very reasonable. I think if you can look past the fact that this is a tanning salon and not a spa, you will find a diamond in the rough with Meredith.

Horrible customer service, especially on the management's part…read more I started the introductory package in March where it came with one conventional bed and two super beds. The conventional bed was uncomfortable and small. The super beds are larger in size and variety. A few weeks later, I purchase a super bed special for the month and was able to stand up or lie down. Since then, I have not tanned. Well, I came in and purchased their 10 conventional bed special for June; 10 sessions for $35. Little did I know that all the conventional beds are the same size, unlike the super beds. The reason why I'm explaining the beds is to prove a point. I have a D size chest and when I lay down in the conventional bed, my chest and my face are touching the top glass. When I flip over, the top of my head and my ass are on the glass. It is both uncomfortable and unpleasant to lay down for 20 min like this. I requested a refund and they denied me. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told I would receive a phone call back. After not receiving a call, I came back the second day and was told again that a manager would call me. I even checked to make sure my phone number was taken down correctly. Now, day 3, I come in and the worker says she spoke with the manager and she said because I already knew what a conventional bed felt like from the introductory package in March, she would not do anything for me. I'm sorry. What? How am I supposed to know all the conventional beds are the same when I only used it one time prior. I've used different super beds that varied in size and time. Had a manager actually called me instead of playing this game with the associates here, I may have been more prone to leaving a better rating but since nothing was done on their part, 1 star it is. I'd have to say they need better communication, customer service and management skills. After my 10 sessions are done, I will NOT be back. And I do not recommend this place for anyone with a big head, large chest or any body part that is bigger than a 12 year old child.
