I was left standing completely nude for over an hour, with alarms going off on the machine. The women running the place is so rude and disrespectful she tried blaming me saying I must of grab the machine or fell on it because I have a disability I didn't touch it whatsoever it was my first time I didn't want to touch anything. She yelled at me and my sister knowing I have heart failure. It was an experience that scared me for life. Never experienced such an uncaring person in my life.

I totally understand that if you show up five minutes before close and expect to have a 20 minute service that is taking advantage, but she understands that was not what I was trying to do. She then walked us into a little room, which was probably used for a tanning bed before facials were offered. The room was not a typical, salon type room. It was very bare and not esthetically pleasing for a soothing, pamper yourself, type of treatment. Meredith was very friendly though and started by shaping our eyebrows. She listened to what we wanted and delivered very well. We were both happy with our eyebrows. She then did the facial for my daughter while I waited. Then it was my turn. Once she started and I closed my eyes I forgot I was not in a nice salon. She did an amazing job. Very relaxing and thorough. Meredith had high standards because my sister is an esthitician so I know what a great facial feels like. I was very pleased and would highly recommend Meredith for facials. Her normal prices are very reasonable. I think if you can look past the fact that this is a tanning salon and not a spa, you will find a diamond in the rough with Meredith.

The incompetence is astronomical. The only thing you need to be good at is setting the time on the bed and cleaning them between uses. Otherwise, this facility would be self serve. The one positive thing I would like to add because this is not personal, it that the ladies who work here are lovely, inviting and personable. The customer service isn't lacking. If you want to be involuntary burned, you should definitely go tanning here. Do not give this business your money. She is super warm, engaging, friendly, yet professional and made me feel right at home. Her little room is so beautiful, inviting, and relaxing. Jesseca knows her stuff! She examined my skin and it's condition and then talked to me about a maintenance plan. She was not pushy and came off as being very helpful and wanting to work with me within my budget and skin care needs - refreshing! She explained what she was using, why, and how it would help. Her bedside manner was truly the best I have experienced (besides my sis who is an esthetician but lives in another state). She was technical and relaxing all at the same time. She gave the best arm and hand massage ever. I can tell she loves her job and could feel the love pouring out as she massaged and took care of my facial. Hard to describe but if you have ever had a "clinical" facial or a facial with someone who just isn't that into it - you can definitely feel the difference. I get facials to help slow the aging process but also for relaxation and Jesseca hit both of those areas exactly perfect! She even offered fuzzy warm socks to keep my feet warm. I was greeted by this very quirky, sweet, friendly gal - Jesseca. She made me feel comfortable right away, gave me a tour of the place and then ran through the ropes. Upstairs was her space, it's very small, but it was private and comfortable. She was very knowledgeable - I was surprised because Ive had probably a dozen but she taught me new stuff which was great. The spray tan itself is phenomenal. Smells fresh, and unlike every other spray tan I've ever had, it was not sticky! I immediately saw color too which was nice. I am looking forward to see how well it swears in the Las Vegas heat for the next few days. She definitely has my business and I am looking forward to recommending her to friends and family.

I made an online appt which was super easy as their website and reservation system is very user friendly and simple to use. I received reminders leading up to the day of my appt which I appreciated. The spa is very clean, minimalistic, and welcoming. I loved all the humorous signs and products they offer. Pamalee was on time and very nice to talk to. She made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves. I have never had a Brazilian so I don't know what to compare it with but based on how painful everyone says it is I would say she is amazing because, although not comfortable, the pain was relatively quick and was short lived. Pamalee is a professional and has been waxing a long time and it shows in how she explained things, how efficient she was, and how comfortable she made me feel in what could be a vulnerable and embarrassing procedure. The prices seemed on par with normal prices in the area for similar services. Easy parking. The business is right next to Outback Steakhouse.
