I had my van towed here about 18 months ago when the motor shot a spark plug. This is a common…read moreproblem with the Triton Modular motors. In fact it happens so often that Ford makes a special repair kit specifically to address this issue. It took them a week to fix and I thought everything was fine. In fact I gave them a 5star review on a different platform. Well here we are less than 10k miles later and the engine started miss firing. After a bit of digging around we went to remove the spark plug that Roswell Ford repaired and the whole Helicoil came out with the plug. The plug and Helicoil were covered in rust and debris. It turns out that they didn't use the Ford Spark plug repair kit made specifically for this issue. They used an off the shelf Helicoil that isn't suited for this application. If you want to know how they screwed up keep reading. The ford Helicoil has a large flange around the top edge. The spark plug seats against that lip instead of against the engine. By using a Helicoil with no flange the spark plug was pressing on the engine and pulling up on the coil. Eventually this caused a leak that let water in and combustion out. There is no excuse for this type of shoddy work. Ford has put out numerous bulletins about this issue and how to fix it. A quick Google search yields hundreds of examples of this happening and being repaired correctly and without further issues. Yet here I am paying a different shop an additional several thousand dollars to repair this correctly and clean up the damage caused by the shoddy repair. I tried to have this work done at another Ford Dealer where it MIGHT have been covered by the Ford dealer network warranty but the only dealership within towing distance refused to work on a vehicle older than 2013. It would have been cheaper in the long run to have the van towed to Albuquerque and fixed at a reputable shop like Advantage Automotive or Morris and Comanche.

The original salesman was great. Once managers got involved things went downhill. They gave us…read moreoriginal paperwork and had to come get it. Took a while to get tags. Not a lot of follow-throughs. They seemed to not care about us after made sale. Will not consider buying another vehicle here.

Best experience I've had at a dealership in a long time. My salesman chris is very knowledgeable…read moreabout the various cars I drove, very patient as I made my choice. No pressure from anyone. The financing department worked diligently to get me an awesome rate for my loan. They have a great lounge area so I could watch football, even had popcorn to go with a good game. Everyone was super friendly, easy to chat with. Highly recommended this dealership. It does take a long time to get the paperwork processed, but that's the nature of buying a car Thank you Roswell Hyundai Tammy

I live in Albuquerque and was visiting my high school buddy in Roswell back in September. I ended…read moreup buying a used 2016 Toyota Tacoma pickup from this dealer on 9/12/25. The sale and delivery was fine, it was later after I got back to Albuquerque that the problem arise with the finance dept. My loan process was fine, but I got a call from the finance dude requesting that I complete an emissions test. Since the truck was being registered in Albuquerque, an emissions test was required in order to complete the registration. They are not required in Roswell. I did this immediately, then emailed copies of the test, plus the copy of the receipt for $25. I was told I would be reimbursed. I called this guy immediately after emailing these documents to follow up that he did receive them. He affirmed that he had, and I quote, "I will personally walk this receipt upstairs and make sure the check is issued today." It's been 6 weeks today, and I still haven't received the reimbursement. I've been calling and emailing weekly, and again have been assured that he would "check on it." Still no check, zero feedback ever on the status, and my contacts being less friendly each week. I guess I'm to assume that I'm being blown off. Why not? They got their sale. I'm more than happy with my truck. I'm disappointed that I haven't been respected as a customer.
