At first I was frustrated that…read morehe would not perform a Full Synthetic Oil Change with filter for the $65 price that Mopar sold me a Flex Contract. He wanted me pay the extra amount needed to reach the $95 Richland price. I protested that this defeats the advertised purpose of having a Mopar service contract. He said something that I did not understand until I looked into it. He said, "I don't want to lose money and I don't want to cheat you on quality like other dealers might." When I looked back at my receipts, other dealers had indeed been giving me "synthetic blend" instead of the warranty required "full synthetic" oil when they performed "Flex Contract" oil changes. I feel abused now for buying a "Flex Contract" if dealers won't fulfill it honestly, and embarrassed for my ignorance in to catching on to the way they have been cheating me. So, whereas I was perturbed at the service manager in the moment, now I am grateful to him.

Brian got the van in and checked it out. He showed me the absolute sludge clogging my radiator. It was like mud. In just a few minutes, he had it power flushed and running just fine with the flush fluid. Problem solved! I drove it for a few days and he replaced that fluid with antifreeze. I was afraid I was going to need a new radiator, but Cobb Auto provided the best possible outcome and they were very reasonable! When I needed a new door handle and windshield washer reservoir, they were equally efficient and reasonable. Everything works! You should call ahead to schedule a good time to bring it. First Visit - Damaged Rim: * The initial set of tires ordered would not mount on my existing rims, despite being the same exact size/brand as the ones before. They suggested I leave my truck overnight for them to sort it out, mentioned the cold from the snow that day could be affecting the elasticity of the rubber. Only to discover the next day that they'd attempted to force the tires on with a hammer-leaving a deep dent around the bead seating area. * The manager acknowledged the damage and offered either a full repair or a discount. Feeling stranded without my truck for a week for repairs, I reluctantly accepted a discount rather than leave it parked. Second Visit - Even Worse Damage: * Two weeks later, I returned to swap out the tires for a different brand recommended by the manager. When I picked up my truck, two rims were cracked. * Instead of taking responsibility, the manager flatly accused me of causing the damage myself. I repeatedly explained the rims had been intact when I dropped the truck off, but was dismissed until a friend intervened-and only then did the manager grudgingly admit his team was at fault. Bottom Line: I paid for professional service and ended up with three ruined rims. Between the botched tire installs, the hammer damage, and the outright denial of responsibility, I felt completely disrespected as a customer. I cannot recommend Lykins Tire to anyone looking for reliable, honest work-save yourself the hassle (and the repair bill) and go elsewhere.

When we asked where the mechanic was, we were told he was fueling his truck. Then, she didn't know where he was and couldn't get a hold of him. However, he was on the way. She said his service was spotty. We were charged a fee, due to the distance, prior to them heading our way. We asked for a refund and cancellation, and she refused stating he had already used a "tank of gas". Krissy had a habit of not responding to texts but answering when we called. Highly encourage people not to use this. We believe it is a scam, or at the very least a shitty service with poor communication skills between a dispatcher and mechanic. We have included screenshots of messages. There is no time stamp. We waited 3-4 hrs in the cold desert night for a no show. I originally took my car to another collision center, where it sat for over two months collecting storage fees without the repairs even being started. Frustrated, I called Honest 1 Collision Center. I sent them the estimate, and before my car even arrived, they had already ordered & received the parts and were ready to get to work. Once my car got there, they completed the entire repair in just four days. After waiting over two months at the previous shop, that level of efficiency was incredible. I'm extremely particular about my car because it's custom, and I've done all of the modifications myself. Honest 1 understood that. They kept my car inside the shop, treated it with care, and were professional from start to finish. They even stayed late on the final day to make sure everything was completed so I could pick it up as earlier stated as a possible finish date. It's rare to find a business that genuinely cares about both the quality of their work and their customers, but that's exactly what I found at Honest 1 Collision Center. Their workmanship, communication, professionalism, and respect for my vehicle exceeded my expectations. If I ever need collision repairs again, or mechanical work that I'm not willing to do myself, this is the only place I'll use. Highly recommended.

Since the truck was being registered in Albuquerque, an emissions test was required in order to complete the registration. They are not required in Roswell. I did this immediately, then emailed copies of the test, plus the copy of the receipt for $25. I was told I would be reimbursed. I called this guy immediately after emailing these documents to follow up that he did receive them.
