We bought 2 vehicles from here and suffered through and regretted the coverage for free oil changes and so on. That was a lesson learned on our part. Now, for the ONE star review..... I needed new tires on my Honda accord and went with the dealership. I got 4 new tires and added the warranty for any issues I may run in to. several weeks ago my low tire light game on. I went in and was told that if the tire had to be replaced, I'd pay a percentage of the total...ok. They also said that if it was just a patch job, I'd still have to pay. it ended up being a patch and I walked out for just under $40. Now you may think that's not too bad at all considering what it could have been. HOWEVER, from here I will be leaving a 5 star at Discount Tire. Just last week my low tire light came on again. I was not going to go back to Honda where a warranty doesn't seem to mean much. I instead went to Discount Tire where they fit me in, patched my tire and sent me away FREE OF CHARGE! My tires weren't even purchased there and they did a better job than Honda. Lessons learned all around! read more

Wanted me to pay $800 vehicle inspection so I could purchase vehicle. This seems kind of shady to me.

I don't mind overpaying for service. but when you have a promotion showing at the service desk called a summer promotion, and it's still summer, and you refuse to let your customer participate, you have issues. the 3% credit card surcharge added on top of that? you are nicke-and-diming your customers. give us a break ps: you lost a good customer over 10% or about $25 read more

A truly corrupt business full of bad people. I genuinely feel sorry for anyone caught in the spider web that is Roswell Honda. These guys do illegal things just to get quick cash. They've sold me a lemon and tried to blame me, after carefully hiding damage and broken things to a trusting first-time car buyer. They try to talk you into it by saying you won't get anything better anywhere. Then, they'll blame you and hide their higher-ups from you when you wish to speak to them. They'll use YOUR license plate they charged you 2k for to drive out of state on toll roads, they don't pay the fees. I'd rather take my chances buying a 4k used car that might give out in a year than ever buy new, used, or custom-made here EVER. I would never let someone I care about go here. We were on a road trip back to Texas from Arizona and had a flat. We were about an hour away and called the dealership to find out what time they closed on Saturday. Lady at the front said they close at 5 and would take us in but wouldn't look at our tire until Monday morning. Very disappointed since I had to be back in San Antonio the next day. The dealership could of at least helped us make out trip back safer by helping us out. read more

I have an older Honda Accord (2006). Brought it in for a recall on the airbag and an oil change. That experience was good. Lady that greeted me was nice and helpful. Service was fast and easy to pay for online. Unfortunately while doing the airbag the mechanics likely broke a part on my cruise control that makes the button stay engaged. Chris Sweeney says them taking apart my steering wheel where the button is housed has nothing to do with it breaking and it was my fault it stopped working. I told them I understood the car was older and I would buy the part but expected them to replace it labor free since it worked perfectly until they took apart my steering wheel. Chris, whom is also the manager of the service department was absolutely terrible and literally told me if they fixed it I would keep breaking things in the car and make them fix it again. He is incompetent and has no clue what customer service even means. Ricardo his boss did call me later regarding my terrible experience. He was reasonable and attempted to offer a fair compromise to fix the issue. Unfortunately, my bad experience with Chris will not allow me to ever step foot in Roswell Honda again. I guess it will be Toyota all the way when I get a new ride!! Also their sales team calls you often after you have your car serviced to try get you to buy new. It is quite annoying. read more

They want $35 labor plus $12 (actual cost) to change a driver side headlight light bulb which takes less than 10 minutes.. are you kidding me! This Honda dealer is Horrible and money hungry Update.. went to auto zone, where they assisted for free. Headlight bought for $11, and fixed for no more. read more

This dealer insists that they do all the paperwork transferring title and registering the vehicle. Problem is that this process takes them about a month to accomplish! I could have had all the paperwork done in 15 minutes if I had done it myself at the local MVD Express!! I've had the car now for two weeks and still no title or registration. read more

SUMMARY: break parts on your car to generate more business, adopt a "blame the customer" attitude, poor customer service This is consistent with warnings we got from long-time Roswell locals before using this location. Consider yourself warned. Took a mid 2000's Accord in for a driver's side air bag recall. Great service. Finally needed to use the cruise control 3 weeks later. Wiring is intact, but the button can't stay engaged. (Button located in steering wheel cover, which was removed during the recent service.) Called to schedule with Honda again, they agreed to "take a look". Got a call shortly after dropping it off: "this button can break at anytime" They want $368 to fix it (note: the part is only $170). Went in to ask more questions. Worked with Shannon. He kept stating they never touched the clip that holds the button in place, despite removing the steering wheel cover and working in the same area where the button is located. He kept re-iterating "it can break anytime" to suggest it's a part problem, disregarding that "anytime" may have happened under their care. After some back and forth, Shannon got the manager, Chris Sweeney. Chris immediately started telling us they never touched the button, so they are not at fault. In the ensuing discussion, he offered 10% off the total bill. When we tried to offer to cover the parts and have them cover the labor, citing this as a poor customer experience, Chris directed Shannon to pull up our service history. We stated this is basically our first time in, there isn't prior history. And then Chris said, "Well how do I know you won't behave like this every time you come in?" At this point, we chose to leave. Thoughts: 1) For a 2006 vehicle, the cruise control button IS probably weak. However, the timing is incredibly coincidental. There was 0 acknowledgement of this fact. Based on what we've researched, it looks like they were not completely honest about how much the airbag recall work could have affected the cruise control button. So, IMO they are lying to justify charging us $368. 2) Customer service tips for Chris Sweeney: introduce yourself, greet us, acknowledge the concern, THEN begin to discuss IN DETAIL why you are confident of being blameless. Blanket statements of "we didn't touch the button" are insufficient to achieve customer resolution. Try to see if from the customer perspective that $331 is still A LOT OF MONEY. 3) Unless you WANT to permanently lose business, you probably shouldn't direct your worker to "check the service history" and accuse the customer of this type of behavior "every time you come in". For the record Chris, no. You shouldn't expect this every time. Unless you break people's vehicles every time they come to you for service. read more

The only reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of one is because of our sales guy Jason. He is amazing, very open and honest, down to earth and most importantly NOT pushy. That being said everything else sucked. 1. We come here to look at a car, we asked to find out what they paid for the vehicle because obviously they need to make some money. The finance guy, Ricardo, tells us there's no way to find that out. Yes there is! He may not be able or willing to tell us, but someone knows and there is a way to find out. Don't insult my intelligence. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT them, but Jason was great. 2. Jay, the guy who did our loan, said our payment would be less than what it was, so that was a pain in the ass to deal with. 3. As soon as we left the lot the drivers tail light wasn't working (not because the bulb was burnt out) and the middle row DVD player won't work. We call to tell them about it (because we live 2 hours away) and after arguing they say we can come back to their dealership to get it fixed. I drive 2 hours back and they say they'll only fix the taillight. I paid $40k for this f*ckig car and they're unwilling to fix it. Great! I will NOT be doing business with them again, nor will I recommend this place. Typical "dealership" BS! read more

They had out of town sales personnel in addition to the sales manager pressure me into buying a vehicle for a price I had told them upfront I did not want to pay. Why do they not simply respect what a customer wants? They told me the vehicle they were pushing on me was way under blue book, I had to get it at that moment to get that price, that one of the salesmen would give me his friends and family discount, and that they would split the warranty costs with me. None of that happened nor was it true. Don't believe them! They also made me feel bad for the main sales lady, telling me it was her birthday and it had been a bad day for her as she had no sales. Umm... why is that my concern? I don't know her so why is it my responsibility to make her feel better? Nevertheless, I took the bait. I emotionally wanted to help her, and that contributed to my being swayed by the other promises made for the sale, which I repeat, were never kept. The day after when the dust had settled, I told them they used psychological manipulation to get me to buy, which they did in order to get me to sign the bottom line. Their response to that was that they didn't use psychological manipulation because I came to them. Really?! So because you trust someone when you go to them for a service, they can't use manipulation on you? They know better. Even if they deny it, they know what they did. I came to them with a specific request in a price range, and they used all sorts of tactics, including dishonesty, to get me to purchase in a price range I was not comfortable with. I like the vehicle I got, but I certainly do not like the price I paid for it. I simply want to know......... why? Why can they not just honestly and sincerely work with a person and get them what they want, in the price range they want?! If you do not want buyer's remorse, do not deal with them. read more
