She also shared personal details about Dr. Benjamin and spoke negatively about her care, which felt highly inappropriate and unprofessional. During my visit, I was unexpectedly taken back for a cleaning. The hygienist was rough, and at one point a tool caused a burning sensation in my mouth. I stopped the cleaning immediately. At checkout, a simple request for my Invisalign trays turned into a tense and confrontational interaction. The same front office staff member was argumentative and escalated the situation unnecessarily. This was a very disappointing experience. It is unfortunate to see how far this practice has declined. I was told by the doctor who supervised this process, that in the event of damage, the denture would be replaced. Within less than five months, a significant hole appeared, with a second about to manifest.
