She is courteous, professional, patient, and genuinely nice. She made the whole renting and moving-in process very easy. She is the epitome of customer service professionalism. I was shopping around for storage places and I settled on Store More! because of her. She always answers the phone or returns phone calls which are refreshingly rare these days. She explained things patiently and accommodated me as best as she can. I very much appreciated her help. I changed the size of the storage at the last minute and she had to redo all the paperwork. She did this so patiently and nicely. Incredible! Store More! Self Storage is very lucky to have her managing the place. She is a gem!

This place is apparently a ghost ship now and their phones don't work; no idea who the owners are…read moreand apparently they don't care about new business and expect you to chase them down if you want to rent there! Having rented multiple units and parking spaces from this place several years ago, on March 29th, 2024, I called and spoke with a man (believed to be Adam) in their office about renting multiple spaces. I thought the conversation went well, he was polite and seemed very interested in working a deal for a long-term rental, promising me a call back the next day. Never heard back from him. Although it's not my responsibility to chase anyone down to offer them my business, still I called their office number numerous times in the following days and weeks, almost never getting through. One time I did get a voicemail and left a message, but that too was never returned. I sent an email to the address listed on their website and got a reply, saying that I could do business with them through their website, and that they "no longer have full time office staff," despite the fact that the front page of their own website says you can "call to quickly rent over the phone" and provides a number! In any event, after dealing with this for 3 weeks, on April 20th, 2024, I was told that Adam had been contacted and I would hear back. Yet as of May 2nd, 2024, I still had not heard anything from anyone. I understand that this business has been sold several times, and even the recent email makes mention of a sale. It seems like the ownership just doesn't care, and believes that they are entitled to people chasing them around, and that people should trust renting there, despite reviews from other customers claiming that their prepaid rental agreements were reneged upon and allegedly their prepaid rents were taken from them and not returned. I have no idea who owns this place. Whoever it is, on it's face, they should be ashamed of their unprofessional and irresponsible behavior. I tried to give them my repeat business and they treated me like garbage, so I went elsewhere with my money.

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. I'm a bit older, and it was a bit challenging to deal with the "everything on line", but it was very straight forward, and not too bad at all. Thanks, highly recommend.

This is one of the worst experiences. They do not call back, they do not answer an email or text…read more They obviously do not know what good customer service is. They send a notice that that they had to do an update for payment, and we do our best to accomodate them. This has gone on for me for over a month! All I wanted to do was pay my monthly bill (it was on autopay prior) with no problem of them getting their money. Now, because if their problem our code does not work...they have even charged me a late fee which i would pay to get my stuff out of there even though its two weeks to their advantage. I also have read from other upset customers that they then take over the storage unit and sell the goods ALL WITH NO COMMUNICATION TO THE RENTERS..PATHETIC. I will do what I need to do...but I would suggest to NEVER rent from this company. Probably should read the bad reviews unless they have deleted them. Majesty movers was timely and the crew were hard workers but a few things were broken- first my Curio cabinet glass panel which I was told I could go to a glass store and get replaced (on my dime) Carlos- part owner (?) did promise to take care of our designer lights in which one of the globes broke. There are 2 lamps with 3 frosted globes each - one broke that Carlos said he'd get fixed, but he took all 6 globes so I can't use either lamp. They were expensive and no longer available so I'm screwed. Why did he take all of them?? I've tried to contact Alyson (owner?) a number of times and she said she'd have Carlos contact me, which he hasn't and now Alyson ignores my calls as well. What a shame - they could have gotten a great rating but I'd certainly not recommend to anyone now.
