THIEF: He has kept my Baldez stationary exercise bicycle, expensive Honda pressure washer and other miscellaneous items. He has admitted, via text message, to having these items and promised to return them. It has been almost a year now and has not returned them and is not responding to my text messages. Taking and keeping what is not yours I believe is stealing. In my opinion Gail is a thief. FRAUD: I paid him close to $900 as part of the contract to insure my 4 cars, one a classic, and all of my personal belongings and furniture. During the move one of my cars had paint damage and other items were broken or damaged. I requested an insurance claim form for the damages. His response was that he failed to pay the insurance premium and now he has no insurance. So, what happened to my $900 insurance payment to him? In my opinion this is fraud. LIAR: He promised to send me an insurance claim form which he has not done so to date and now we know why not. He frequently promises you one thing and fails to fulfill what he has promised. My wife and I had the most terrible experience with Whipple service champions and it has been an…read moreongoing process for many months. We hired them to replace our water main in the front yard of our property. We were told that our beautiful yard and garden were going to be put back to how it was before the job started, and we moved the things they said needed to be moved. The communication after that was practically non existent, and they caused massive amounts of damage to our front yard and house. We lost a ton of our flowers and plants in our garden as they were buried with dirt from digging the trench. We also lost sentimental iron art that was buried or stolen. Who knows. After they told us the job was complete and we're leaving our property I came home from work to find the whole front yard demolished with dirt scattered everywhere, including all over our grass. Our flagstones were cracked and smashed by the mini excavator they brought in, and it damaged the side of our house and they never told us. They tried to cover it up by hiring a stucco repair guy the same day. Nothing was disclosed to us about that. We tried reaching the manager of the local branch as well as the SLC branch but got no replies until we emailed them threatening legal action. No surprise they finally answered at that point. They said they can come and "fix" all of their mistakes which took several more weeks, with many broken promises throughout the process. They never came to fix the grass and ghosted us again. After this traumatic experience was finally wrapping up we ask them if we can receive a discount and they ghosted us yet again and have yet to reply. We've spent almost $20,000 with whipple and this is how we are treated. You are much better off using any other company in the area
