MHC quote was high ($11,781), but Costco stood behind MHC (I thought). MHC said that the job would take two weeks; it took six weeks. That is when I hired a handyman to finish the job. When I asked for a copy of the warranty on the flooring that MHC recommend and installed, MHC told me that the warranty was void because the property is a rental. MHC scammed me.
