His main practice is in Los Angeles. So happy to have his healing touch in Joshua Tree. Always been scared to try acupuncture! Using it for insomnia, ptsd, anxiety from loss. First session was life changing. He is gentle & gives great tools to help you grow & cope with life's struggles. Good luck with your new practice in Joshua Tree! Welcome! We're lucky to have you! Dr. Singh's energy is calming & reassuring. Feeling optimistic that his practice is going to help my overall health & well being. Love that he is able to consult on diet as well!! So important!

Wednesdays at 1:30 we gather at Pan Pacific Park to get our Qi on. So far we have gone over Yang Style 24 Form, and we also started learning some Ba Gua, as well as doing a lot of qi building foundational exercises. He gives us homework too so we have things to work on at home to keep building the qi. It's so nice to take advantage of living in LA by actually getting outside in the nice weather once a week, I highly recommend it. We also have videos that we can watch at home to help with the practice, which is good because I don't have the best memory. If you become a student, Dr. Singh may let you see his very impressive Tai Chi video in which he performs difficult feats with the strength of his qi. They are of the "Do not try this at home" variety, and definitely make you realize the power of internal cultivation. I am an acupuncturist also, and as a healer I appreciate the opportunity to delve further in to the energetics of Chinese Medicine with an expert guide.

Located in the eternal sunshine of Desert Hot Springs, I was surprised at the oasis of lush greenery everywhere. Not only that, there are gorgeous crystal gardens and geodes adding their healing energy and beauty. But, the available naturopathic personalized treatments and cutting-edge holistic devices make this place truly amazing. They have a hyperbaric oxygen chamber that has been proven to treat just about any physical issue, including strokes. They have medical mud baths, hyperthermic saunas, and about 8 other healing modalities that help detox and cleanse at a cellular level, circulate, energize and balance. So interesting! You can also just come to relax here, get some spa treatments such as massage, facials and colonics. They have personal soaking tubs filled with naturally heated mineral water, what Desert Hot Springs is world renowned for! It's wonderful that they are are outdoors and you can use them any time, day or night! I soaked at midnight a few times, staring at the stars and hearing the silence! Heavenly! They are also focusing on pre-conception health so that potential parents can make healthy babies. Good work!! I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of some de-stressing "me-time" or for more serious healing or anti-aging regenerating. Plan on at least a week to do it right! It's a boutique resort so book your room early. Each room is beautiful, complete with kitchen, living room and wifi. The beds even have organic sheets! It's all so healthy and pure here!

Although the infection itself was gone, the side effects from 7 days of intravenous anti-biotics almost killed me. My total healing never would have occurred if it had not been for a very intelligent, caring and knowlegeable acupuncturist who had the ability to put all the pieces together to come up with a definitive protocol to bring me back to optimum health. If your medical issues are complicated, intense and not addressed by Western medicine, go see David Cohen. I don't think I'd be alive today if it weren't for the brilliant, kind expertise of this incredible doctor.

First let me start off with this: my doctor raved about Eric. I scheduled my appointments here…read morebecause of Eric. Eric was a great rehabilitation person for me. He was sweet as pie, gentle, kind and totally compassionate. He gets five stars all the way across. Now my motive for this review is to warn patients that they may or may not have a cancellation or tardy policy and seem to struggle with communicating those policies to the patient. I forgot the second appointment and asked for a confirmation the day before. They said they would try but never did. That is fine, it is my responsibility to keep my appointment. Once I got lost because Google sent me to the wrong center and then there were a couple re-schedulings and one more cancellation because not only did my tire blow out, but I got buried in sand trying to take a short cut. (FYI, tires over three years old melt in desert heat. All four of my tires died this summer.) Upon my last cancellation, the receptionist was short and told me Eric was booked for the rest of the week. I was apologetic and said I simply couldn't get there. She said she might call me if there was a cancellation and ended the conversation with some severity. I called back twice to apologize, neither time did they pick up the phone. (Consequently, a friend called shortly afterward from another number and was able to speak to someone with no problem.) It really does suck to think I may have wasted Eric's time or that the office was dealing with an irresponsible patient. What sucks even more is digging your car out of sand in 103 degree heat, watching your friends get buried as they try to help you and then lose your rehabilitation program. Now, I felt bad for about eight hours. Then I thought, do they have a cancellation policy? I actually have no idea. Nor have I ever really dealt with an office who avoided me like an ex-boyfriend instead of discussing the policy with me or treating the relationship like a business relationship. Which it is. My doctor offered to call and stick up for me, but I am not sure I want to walk into a place where a receptionist is "mad" at me for having a streak of bad car trouble. Also, updating their google maps directory and confirming appointments could always help if they are so inconvenienced.
