Letter sent to Dr Goff regarding my 2nd interaction with his office…read more... I am having difficulty getting care at your office. I can't get an appointment for 6 business days until 7/10. I had done a long initial meeting and forms per your instructions. Now the staff say I have forms to fill out for health history I should have filled out the first visit. Now I have to do a 1.5 hour first visit for second time. Need an "exam" but she can't tell me what the name of first appointment is. The first visit I got coaching from Dr Goff on grading my pain very high for insurance to cover it. Well I told them my pain was high on phone but that doesn't help get an appointment even if it helps when you are in there with insurance. I asked for a referral to another facility as I need immediate treatment. Your staff know nothing about where to refer. If you don't want to help local competitors just refer to a facility down the hill.
