They replace our pads and calibrate the swamp cooler every year and are clean, efficient, easy to work with. Brandy always does a great job setting us up at a time that is convenient and solves any minor problem immediately. They even winterize the swamp system and reboot it come spring with fresh filters--no fuss, no mess. Three trucks showed up one afternoon, got everything done before lunch, and left with no traces behind . If only every contractor could be that efficient! A few years back they replaced our entire HVAC system and our electric bills dropped by almost 40%, and the system has never given us a moment of trouble. They didn't stop at the unit--they replaced our old ductwork with a high-efficiency ducting system. The airflow is reprioritized (they explained that's why some rooms were always hot and some were always cold), and the temperature throughout the house is noticeably more even. Great design, skilled installation. There prices are always competitive and they were will to work with us to get the most out of the limited budget that we had.

During this heat wave it finally went out again and this time I called Affordable AC because they are here in 29 Palms which is huge. All other places either take days to get an appointment or they only come up to our area once a week. Even though I sent a message at 8pm, not expecting to hear back until the next day, my phone rang only a few minutes later. Chris asked a few questions, seemed to understand exactly what I was describing and we made a plan for the very next day. He was quick to communicate, on time, respectful, and best of all figured out the problem nearly immediately. He replaced parts the same day without having to wait for them to be ordered and had us back up and running without issue. Professional experience and very knowledgeable. Would absolutely call him again without question. Thanks Chris!

He's willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything is in working order and then some -- when he was here working on my swamp coolers, he even fixed a random bit of my roof that he noticed was broken right before he was supposed to be leaving, just out of the kindness of his heart and at no expense to me. He really takes his time to make sure everything is good to go and communicates thoroughly so that there aren't any questions left by the time he's finished. His attitude and honesty and willingness to help in a town where a lot of similar businesses are just interested in making big dollars and blow off the 'small' jobs is so needed and appreciated. It is obvious that he just wants to be a good dude and help the people in his community as much as possible. I can't recommend him and his family business enough and will continue to use Benji's HVAC for all of my needs now and into the future.
