Always, rushing through the exam, and very little time to explain before, during and after procedure or exams. My husband was scheduled for an appointment that he never confirm or knew what the appointment was about it? He know that he will have a biopsy done on the 19th of the month and when he got the test alert about an appointment for next day at 10:45 am, he decided to check with the office about that appointment. Surprisely! The appointment was for the biopsy. He told tne MA that he was not prepare for the biopsy ( didn't stop his vitamins, supplements, medicines, took any antibiotics, nor even got the prescription filled or notified by the pharmacy of any antibiotics, enema, etc), she took the authority to tell him " NO problem, you can run to the pharmacy, start taking the antibiotics today grab an enema and get that done, you can come in morning for your biopsy "...he express his worries about not a good prep or decision and he didn't feel comfortable not having stopped any vitamins or supplements he has been taking. She keep encouraging him about having the biopsy. He finally got worry and told her, we will need to reschedule or speak to the doctor and she says " No problem, we can reschedule but you will be charged a $100 NO show as per our policy ". She was more worry about the $100 charge than listen to his worries, at that point, she never offer to have the doctor call him, sort things out, clarification of anything else just. " we are small practice and that is our policy ". As a Medical Assistant, she was out.of scope, making decisions for the doctor, in my opinion and she never tried to make sure my husband's concerns were answered. He called off the biopsy and told her to cancel! She just replied " Okay ", I told her to have the doctor give us a call to clarify things and make a decisions but we haven't heard from a busy Dr Byrne, yet. They are more concern of the $100 NO Show or cancelation because it was not done exactly 24 hrs ago prior to the appointment. ( my husband was three hours late for his phone cancelation). He had all the intention in having the biopsy but rushing the way the MA was coaching him, it was very scary. Sorry, we will be looking for another Urologist soon.

Exceptional Care When I Needed It Most…read more Chandler Regional Medical Center 1955 W Frye Rd Chandler, AZ 85224 480-728-3000 I want to take a moment to recognize Dr. Herman Lee, DO, and the entire emergency room staff at Chandler Regional Medical Center for the exceptional care I received during my visit.l on 10/10/26 Dr. Herman Lee was beyond amazing! His thoroughness, attention to detail, compassion, and outstanding bedside manner truly stood out to me. He took the time to listen, was attentive to my concerns, and made me feel that my health and well-being genuinely mattered. I have visited this ER multiple times in the past, and although I have had one experience that wasn't the greatest, this visit stood out above all the others. I also want to recognize every single staff member who played a part in my care. I sincerely wish I had gotten everyone's names, from the patient care specialists at the front window to the nurses, technicians, and everyone working behind the scenes in the treatment area. What impressed me most was witnessing how well everyone worked together. From coordinating laboratory work to imaging and everything in between, I could see the teamwork, communication, and dedication. Everyone took their responsibilities seriously while still treating patients with kindness, dignity, and respect. Yes, there was a long wait, but I also understand that emergency departments are busy and that patients have different levels of urgency. As someone who lives with chronic pain, I don't seek emergency care lightly. By the time I arrived, I had exhausted my other options and genuinely needed help. What meant the most to me wasn't just the medical care I received, but the compassion and understanding shown throughout my visit. Living with chronic pain can be incredibly challenging, and having a medical team that truly listens, takes my concerns seriously, and treats me with kindness and respect means more than I can express. To Dr. Herman Lee and the entire team, thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and for being there for me when I needed you the most. Your hard work does not go unnoticed, and I hope each of you knows how much of a difference you made. With sincere gratitude, thank you for everything!

I had to hunt people down to get care for my 86 yr old mother. My mother had to sit in her urine. They didn't have a BP monitor or oxygen monitor on her for hours. The oxygen tank wasnt even turned on. When they did finally put the monitors on her BP was 192/78 oxygen 89 Blood work and test results several hours. My family has used several ER's in the valley and this was the worst experience by far.

We need to support and appreciate providers like Pace who are less robotic and smart enough to keep a solo practice running. This allows Dr. Pace to thrive at problem solving and make obscure connections other providers may have missed.

After being told by some doctors that I wasn't curable and so they weren't interested or being told they didn't have time for my complex case in their busy practice, I found Dr Pace quite by accident ... but I like to believe she was an answer to my prayers. Dr Pace has a warm disarming manor that immediately puts you at ease. She laughs with her patients easily, demonstrating her joy and humanity, that's often a rarity in medicine. She treats her patients holistically ~ body, mind & spirit ~ understanding that health isn't only a collection of symptoms but what is going on in your life as well that impacts a patient's health. She asks what is going on with my other issues as well knowing that my other medical problems impact her discipline as well. When I came to AZ and couldn't find anywhere to get labs drawn from my port as an outpatient, Dr Pace found me an outpatient site close to home that I could use and I am forever grateful. She is not only my doctor, she is my confident and friend. She is backed up by a friendly staff who are very fine at following up on appointments and making sure you have done everything needed for your visit (labs etc.) as well as set up TELEMED appointments. All told, this practice functions as a wonderful team and I highly recommend.

I selected for them to call me and didn't receive it until the following day. On top of it, they seem to think that me seeing a different nephrologist on whatever whim they choose is ok for me when I never consented to that. How am I supposed to manage my kidney disease when some random doctor or PA I've never seen before comes into my case blind?!?! So now, after my complaints regarding their system, I see a regular MD, Dr Aslam, who is fantastic BTW. But I'm not happy at their general call system. It's TRASH! They need to hire more and/or better folks for their calling system. It's ruining the credibility for their doctors and it's going to anger their patients. As of this moment, I'm on hold for 25 minutes for a very simple request that my future job needs clearance for. I forgot to ask for the doctors note this when I was in the office last... but now this is the third time this week I'm on an eventual 30+ minute hold for a minute talk I need to gain employment. The two previous calls were over 4 hours. It's hard to not get angry, but I've been unemployed for over a year and a half and I need this damn job!
