Everyday when we arrive we are greeted with smiles and love. My Bella gets so excited when we pull in and the staff really love their job. You can feel the love when you walk in the door instantly. Just a great place with great vibes and you can tell everybody loves it here. All of the pups are happy and I also love the different events they have throughout the month that you can sign your pup up to. The cameras are a great addition to feel at ease if you are wondering how your pup is doing. I even got my pup a bath a couple of weeks ago and she looked great after while smelling so good. I could go on and on about the staff and the manager here! Just a great place with great people that really love what they do and love all of the fur babies. Thank you Camp Bow Wow for giving love to my Bella when I am at work!! She really loves it here!

When I brought up my concerns, I felt like they weren't taken seriously and no one really listened or tried to address the issue. As a pet owner, I expect transparency and care, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uneasy about the level of attention and communication here. I would not recommend this location based on what happened.

She looked and smelled great. We were also offered a free day at their daycare, so we decided to give it a try. It was fantastic! So convenient and a relief to know that she was well taken care of. My dog has a lot of energy, but when we picked her up, she was completely worn out. I could tell that she played all day long and had a blast. Highly recommend Hounds Town for grooming and daycare !!!

They are especially pleasant to interact with and have a competent team behind their business who readily smile to greet you when you arrive, both, to drop off your dogs and again at pickup. Thank you for always taking the time to engage with our children and make them feel as though they matter too and are equally welcome in your business. Additionally, they have made my elderly mother feel like family. When asked, they now even assist her out to her vehicle with our dogs. We have purchased a package for multiple visits at Hounds Town as they are, by far, the best doggie daycare facility we have found in the west valley. Believe me, we have looked far and wide. Use my time searching and my research to your advantage. Skip the nonsense and go straight to Hounds Town. You'll be pleased you did.

Every Doggie Has Its Daycare - Inside Play area

Every Doggie Has Its Daycare

I did a search online looking for a local dog daycare for my mom's German Shepherd. This was the…read moreclosest one I could find to her. It's located in Peoria, AZ which is northwest of Phoenix. It is near Bell Road and the 101 making it accessible for people like me traveling from nearby cities. The facility is in an industrial type zone. The building is sort of a large warehouse that is shared by several businesses. The backside has large garage type doors. I only know this because Google Maps led me to the back (south side) of the building initially. The map has been updated to hopefully prevent others from getting lost looking for the entrance which is on the northeast corner of the building. Every Doggie Has Its Daycare has applications online that you can download, print, and complete. The information provided online makes it easy for you to prepare for your first appointment. You'll need the latest copy of your dog's vaccination records including Bordetella. Plus, you will need the paperwork showing that your pet was spayed or neutered. Even though my dog has a tattoo indicating that she was spayed, the paperwork was required. I appreciate that the business has high standards and requests these records. It lets me know that patrons of the business care for their dogs and that my dog will be in a healthy and safe environment. Before allowing your dog to use their services, you will need to schedule a free, 3-hour temperament test. This allows the staff to assess your dog's energy level and comparability with other dogs. Based on this, your dog will be paired accordingly for future play groups. Please note, some dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance policies of the business. While the facility does not offer a webcam remotely or on site, the staff do actively take and post photos of the dogs on the business Instagram and Facebook pages. They post pictures pretty much every hour and try to capture every new dog entering the facility during that hour. Once your paperwork is in order, the temperament test has been completed, and your dog has been approved for services, you can start bringing them to daycare or make appointments for boarding services. Daycare doesn't require advanced bookings. I love that you can bring your dogs in and drop them off at the spur of the moment for a half or full day of play. This is so convenient for those days when you have extra work or maybe aren't feeling well enough to give your dog the exercise and attention he or she needs. My dog needs socialization on a weekly basis. She hangs out with humans daily all day, but benefits from the play and mental stimulation she gets from daycare. She always comes home relaxed and tired from her time at the facility. The facility is temperature controlled so your dog can safely enjoy play during the hot summer and cooler winter days. They do have access to an outdoor area too. It has high walls, so there is no chance of escape. You can pre-purchase packages of half day or full day passes to daycare. So far, I have just been paying as I go which is also acceptable. It's about a $40 saving if you buy the package, but you have to use it within 90 days. They take all credit cards. It's important to note that late pickups will be charged $1 per minute! That's a good incentive to make sure you arrive before they close at 7pm during the weekdays to collect your dog from daycare. I've booked a boarding reservation during the holidays. There is a deposit required during this time period because of the increased demand for services. They ask that you bring your dog's food measured out for each meal in ziplock bags. They provide everything else your dog needs for the overnight stay, but you are welcome to bring your dog's bed or blanket that provides familiar smells and will help your dog adjust easier. Also included in boarding is daycare. There is no extra charge for this ensuring your dog gets lots of exercise during the day so she can get a good night of sleep too. I'm delighted that I found this business. The staff have been super friendly in-person and on the phone. Their website has detailed information so you can get your questions answered, but call or stop by if you need additional information. I'm certain you will get the details you need and feel assured in your decision to leave your furry family member in their care.

The facility was conveniently located near the venue where I needed to be, and I only required my dog to be cared for one day. I was informed that I would receive pictures of my dog during his stay. After registering for the app, I checked throughout the night but did not receive any photos. Concerns During Pickup; While the lack of pictures was disappointing, what truly frustrated me was the condition of my dog upon pickup. He had urinated on his blanket. Although my dog is not perfect, I am familiar with his behaviors--he consistently holds his urine until he is let outside and will whimper to signal his needs. It was clear that he was not let out before bedtime or during the night, which led him to urinate in his bed. This issue was not addressed until shortly before I arrived to pick him up at 10:00 AM. His Bedding was provided to me in a a double garbage bag with his soaking wet blanket. Water Availability; Another major issue was the apparent lack of water in his cage. Before drop-off, I ensured my dog was hydrated, took him to the bathroom, and prepared him for his stay. When I picked him up the next morning, he immediately drank two bottles of water and tried to ask for more. I had to wait before giving him additional water to prevent him from getting sick. Overall Impression; I am extremely disappointed with the experience and do not plan to return to Paddock's Paws. After speaking with Ashland, the manager, I believed the facility would be a good fit for my dog. However, ignoring an animal's needs while being paid for care is unacceptable. I paid $79 for him to stay overnight without water or bathroom breaks, which is not the level of care I expected. A very displeased former one-time customer.
