It took less time for the doctor to assure me that my skin is good than it did for me to check in. The office is crowded and the traffic pattern is wrong. Assistants and doctors squeezing past in the narrow hallway as patients wait to check out. Medicare used to cover the cost of a skin cancer screening. I did have several questions for the doctor, but was so taken aback that I didn't think about them until he was already out of the exam room. I don't plan to return. He froze my face in so many spots, it took weeks to heal. He grabbed my head and force my head to angle the way he wanted. He picked my arms up and just dropped them when he was finished. All of this took less than 10 minutes! Oh, he did return to biopsy a growth on my face. That took less than 5 minutes. No questions or time to talk to me. I'm 70 years old and have had a few bad doctors but Dr Zade, at least to me, was the most disrespectful and unkind doctor I have ever experienced. I give his assistant and staff 5 stars. This review is also tardy in me writing it. Last summer, my husband became quite ill while working out of state. Long term disability became involved. It was a goat rope trying to get anything done. Claudia stayed after bouts, called the manager of the long term disability insurance claims department and turned the denial into an approved claim.
