I knew something was up the first time pay was supposed to be issue without notice when I asked for my pay out of nowhere where they switched it to to Wednesday. I said OK not too much I could do about that but then Tuesday came and I see my pay was incorrect. Every vehicle he had marked was marked as a light vehicle. Which you only get paid $20 for that you're supposed to get paid $40 for the medium and then 60 for the heavy duty. This man scammed me because the paystub said 243 which is a long way off from what was owed which was 411 I was counting on this money to pay for my suit for my dad. Funeral literally in just a few days. When everything was crumbling, I thought I had a job at least. Something I enjoy doing, but this man took advantage of that. He knew about my father and what I was going through and I'm a tough dude, but that was just heartless. This man really did me dirty. So now I'm going after him legally with everything screenshot and recorded I've already turned it into the labor board I have done some pretty wrong things in the past. But this was wrong as hell.

I brought my 1959 Cadillac to Jake at Done Right to address several leaks and to get the AC in…read moreworking order. After roughly three and a half weeks at his shop, Jake tried to return the car to me in far worse condition than when I left it with him. Jake and his guys managed to scratch and damage both inner wheel wells under the hood, scratch the painted glove box, and left the interior of the car completely filthy. At that point, I should have taken my car elsewhere to correct the damage he had done instead of leaving it with him longer to fix. Sure enough, he repainted the wheel wells (looks worse now), he sent my glove box panel to his guy Cody at Pristine Shine detailing which also looks far worse than it did even with the scratch on it. Aside from the damage to the car, the AC duct work was never properly reinstalled, and the car had a stutter under throttle which was new since he did the work. It wouldn't have been so bad if Jake didn't have an excuse for all the damage I found to my car. He had no interest in taking ownership of the damage caused and addressing it properly. I will take some responsibility, I should have known better after seeing his operation and the condition of his shop. The shop itself is disgusting, he has teenagers doing most of the work it looks like. When I went to finally pick up my car he has kids running around the shop and my car like a playground, at that point I just wanted to get my car out of there before he could do more damage to it. I fully expect to take the car to someone capable to fix the damage Jake already tried to fix. I would implore you to find service for your car elsewhere. No consideration or care was given to my car while it was in Jake's hands, I'm sure there are plenty of other options in St. George that will actually take care of trying to return it to you damaged in disgusting condition. Hopefully my lesson helps you steer clear of Done Right.

Although I had provided info over the phone where we were, what road we were on, what direction we were facing, and what car we were in, the tow driver still had a hard time finding us despite we were the only ones on the shoulder with our hazards on. His English and comprehension were not very good. But the experience from his arrival to delivery of the car to the shop was stellar. He was very polite and customer oriented. 1 star for the first half of the experience and 5 stars for the second. Perhaps a second phone call explaining why the first tow driver wasn't coming - would have raised my review.

Today my friend called to get a quote for tires for me. While I was on speaker, the owner gave us a specific price. However, after his employee installed the tires, the owner attempted to charge double the quoted price for just two tires. My friend went outside to speak with him while I remained on the phone. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the situation, he immediately began yelling and refused to listen to either of us. Unfortunately, this is not the first time he has behaved this way. This is now the second time we've experienced this type of conduct from him. It's honestly surprising that a business operating this way has managed to stay open this long. We apologized to the employee who had already put in the work, but the owner still threatened to charge us $100 for the 15 minutes his worker spent on the job. My advice: take your business elsewhere.
