She was so rude she cut me off by putting me on hold for awhile. I was trying to tell her I have a disability that would require her to just speak slower and clearer for me. Unacceptable behavior by Cali the Wrightwood Branch Manager. My husband got it through to her finally on speaker phone and she gave no apology. What a shame for a once friendly hometown bank.

I asked for a couple temporary checks, and then the teller told me it was going to cost me $3. I said nevermind and left, as my other bank does not charge for a page of checks. I don't know how my new bank is going to work out for me, if I'm going to be nickeled and dimed every time I ask for something. I basically use a check once every 5 years for something unusual, so there is no point in paying for them. I gave it 2 stars, because it has a drive thru.

I didn't even bother to fill out the deposit slip ahead of time... I just walked straight to the teller and filled out the slip at the window. Teller didn't mind. She was very pleasant and friendly. Transaction was swift and easy. Thank you! I'll be back to this BofA and not bother with the BofA on 7th Street in Victorville. This is my go-to Wells Fargo for my banking needs when I'm in the high desert. They have ATM…read moremachines outside and inside the bank. Nowadays, they have higher denominations offered, but only for the ATM machines inside the bank. I usually use the ATMs unless I have to go inside the bank for non-ATM transactions. I prefer the former than the latter. But when I do go inside the back, I always have a great experience with the bank tellers and bank service reps. Never an issue with my visits. Security is always there which is good. Bank is clean and cool. Outside is maintained as well. Parking is plenty. Don't have much more to say except keep up the above and beyond service Wells Fargo staff. Thank you for all that you do each and every day for your customers! I appreciate everyone.

We were at the bank for a cashiers check and to get cash and it took half an hour. There was this kid who was coughing and touching his mouth and running it all over the counter, the pens, the keypads, so, when I got up to the window, I asked for sanitizing wipe to wipe everything down. We have been given the biggest runaround imaginable. We were told, "Go to the bank--they can help…read moreyou." We went to the Phelan location and were told, "Sorry, we can't help you. Call the 800 number." Call the 800 number and we're told to GO TO THE BANK. Seriously?! And to make an already frustrating situation worse, "Mickey" at the Phelan location was incredibly rude and actually HUNG UP ON ME. I am honestly shocked that this is how customers are treated. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable--we were simply trying to get help. Instead, we were passed back and forth, no one took responsibility, and then we were treated rudely for trying to get the issue resolved. Completely unacceptable customer service. If your own employees and customer service department can't tell customers who can actually help them, there is a serious problem.
