    POOR Customer Service provided for New Accounts…read more....... My Cousin took her 16-year-old son to open a New Bank Account today at approx. 12:15pm. Location: Chase Bank Inside the Stater Bros Grocery Store on Hwy 395 & Palmdale Blvd. My cousin waited in line with her son, This was an educational moment used to discuss banking and saving money. My cousin's son was extremely excited to open up his 1st (first) banking account. When cousin was called next in line the Hispanic Teller assisted them to the back to complete the transaction. My Cousin explained she wanted to open a New Banking Account for her son and was informed, "I do not have time to open a new account", I can only provide services to current customers." The tone and attitude was very unprofessional. What was supposed to be a Happy Experience and a shared excited moment between a mom and son was quickly turned into a moment of Poor Communication and Poor Customer Service provided by a "Banker Professional." My cousin called me to explain her experience and I informed her to go to another Bank who appreciates their members and provide great Customer Service. Recommendations: A Smile and Customer Service is Required when working in a Service Industry. Do Not tolerate Poor Customer Service and Bad Behavior.     I joined SchoolsFirst because I believed the credit union pitch. Member owned, people helping…read morepeople, better than the big banks. What I found instead was some of the worst institutional incompetence I have encountered from any financial institution. After paying off a small personal loan in full, SchoolsFirst began reporting the account differently to all three credit bureaus simultaneously. Not slightly differently. Completely differently. One bureau showed the account as still past due long after it was closed and paid. When I disputed it with documentation, they produced two entirely different transaction histories for the same loan. Their own internal records contradict each other. They also sent an official dispute response letter that misidentified the loan product entirely, getting the basic type of loan wrong in formal correspondence. That alone tells you everything about how carefully they maintain member records. Rather than fix it, they declared in writing that they would no longer communicate with me about the matter, and then continued furnishing the disputed data to credit bureaus anyway. The practical damage is real. Inaccurate reporting on a small loan paid in full affects your credit profile, your interest rates, and your ability to qualify for financing long after the loan is gone. If you are a California educator considering SchoolsFirst, I would look carefully before committing. The credit union philosophy is easy to say and hard to find here when something actually goes wrong.

I needed to do three things however, you're not allowed to talk to a banker without an appointment, so at no point will I ever be able to talk to Baker at the bank? We were at the bank for a cashiers check and to get cash and it took half an hour. There was this kid who was coughing and touching his mouth and running it all over the counter, the pens, the keypads, so, when I got up to the window, I asked for sanitizing wipe to wipe everything down. You can see a picture of the wife, that I attached, Everything is absolutely disgusting, the manager of the bank should be ashamed of themselves , people are gonna cough and sneeze but if you run a business you need to be able to maintain your spaces.

    This is my go-to Wells Fargo for my banking needs when I'm in the high desert. They have ATM…read moremachines outside and inside the bank. Nowadays, they have higher denominations offered, but only for the ATM machines inside the bank. I usually use the ATMs unless I have to go inside the bank for non-ATM transactions. I prefer the former than the latter. But when I do go inside the back, I always have a great experience with the bank tellers and bank service reps. Never an issue with my visits. Security is always there which is good. Bank is clean and cool. Outside is maintained as well. Parking is plenty. Don't have much more to say except keep up the above and beyond service Wells Fargo staff. Thank you for all that you do each and every day for your customers! I appreciate everyone.
