    This branch is absolutely horrible, first off when you go there you're forced to use the drive thru ATM NO CHOICE which is a safety hazard because the lock the lobby doors which in my opinion is very stupid. Secondly when you're forced to use the drive up ATM this is what you will see either a blocked lane because the ATM machines are either full or not enough money to dispense, then you can't make a deposit because again the machines are full or empty. Since Chase has chosen to only put two full branches in the High Desert one on the extreme eastern part on Hesperia Rd the other in a Stater Bros grocery store which the store itself doesn't open until 6 am and that's just to get access to the Chase ATM and this one on Main Street which is always a major issue.

    The atm's at this bank never work. They always say they are having an issue and can't accept cash or check deposits. Get these fixed

    The usual, one dead Atm and a line of 10 vehicles waiting ....

    Come on Chase... I know this is the high desert, but seriously fix this location. The lobby is constantly inaccessible after hours. The drive through is always one lane with one atm always out of service. I get it, ghetto kids up here always tagging up the atms and screens but that's no reason to punish the rest of us.

    We need more ATM's during after hours and weekends. There's always such a long line in the drive-through ATM. It's ridiculous..

    Easy access and fast drive their the ATM. Close to the freeway as well. Large parking lot if need to transact inside.

    Long lines for drive thru atm, and it seems like one is always broken. Lobby atm also closes very early. Very inconvenient service.

    Absolutely horrible customer service. I was passed up multiple times to sign up to see a banker. Which made me wait EVEN long.

Usually, the slips are in the tubes, but since I was in the first lane, there is a drawer and she didn't extend it to me. She asked me to wait. Well, the whole idea of asking for a slip was so that I could prepare for my transaction and be ready when she got to me. But she wouldn't send it. So, after watching her a while, I noticed she was now moving exceptionally slow, so I decided to pull out of the drive-through and run in to pick up a deposit slip. I opened the door and saw a line, and a security guard. I asked the guard where I might find a deposit slip, and he said I had to wait in line to get one, as they no longer have any out for customers to prepare ahead of time. I don't know why they wouldn't have any deposit slips, I guess they don't want my money? So I began to think of how I ended up banking here, and I have no explanation for it. I can't get any nickels, but they will take all of my rolled coins, I can't get a deposit slip without unnecessarily waiting, there's no getting a hold of anyone Saturday afternoons through Monday around 10am. I've already transferred my auto-deposit to another bank, so there's just no reason to go here. I fail to see any way they help me. Update: Every time I call the bank I get voicemail. No one answers.

    I joined SchoolsFirst because I believed the credit union pitch. Member owned, people helping…read morepeople, better than the big banks. What I found instead was some of the worst institutional incompetence I have encountered from any financial institution. After paying off a small personal loan in full, SchoolsFirst began reporting the account differently to all three credit bureaus simultaneously. Not slightly differently. Completely differently. One bureau showed the account as still past due long after it was closed and paid. When I disputed it with documentation, they produced two entirely different transaction histories for the same loan. Their own internal records contradict each other. They also sent an official dispute response letter that misidentified the loan product entirely, getting the basic type of loan wrong in formal correspondence. That alone tells you everything about how carefully they maintain member records. Rather than fix it, they declared in writing that they would no longer communicate with me about the matter, and then continued furnishing the disputed data to credit bureaus anyway. The practical damage is real. Inaccurate reporting on a small loan paid in full affects your credit profile, your interest rates, and your ability to qualify for financing long after the loan is gone. If you are a California educator considering SchoolsFirst, I would look carefully before committing. The credit union philosophy is easy to say and hard to find here when something actually goes wrong.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. Do NOT bank with them for a car loan. I had a co-signer…read moreand he stopped paying due to loss of job. I tried working a deal with Global for payments to get it back on track, and they wouldn't since I didn't not have the vehicle physically in my possession even though I was primary signer. I finally convinced the co-signer to release the vehicle since the repo company that Global hired couldn't do their job. The repo company had the vehicle for 2 whole months before sending it to auction which from the sounds of it, they took what they liked from the vehicle making it look crappy for auction and sold for less. When I called requesting photos of how it was auction they denied. I sent them photos and videos of how it looked when the vehicle was given to them but they wouldn't respond. Didn't get anywhere with them but of course I owed them still. A 25k truck auctioned for 16k because it was missing sooo many things that should have been there if not tampered with. So I set a settlement and paid it almost a year ago (Nov 2024). Called today because I kept getting statement for $5 on the savings, and apparently I still owe on the loan because the account is still under charged off; not closed. They were quick to take my settlement money AND sent me a tax form for the amount they "loss" for me to claimed as extra money I received. Followed their steps and rules and I still owe? But they cannot give me any further information on what I owe. Save yourself the headache and drama with this company and definitely go with another more reputable company. And no, this is not my first vehicle. Had a great experience with Ford credit and LBS credit union for my vehicle needs.

    I have been a customer of this bank for quite few years. They were personal, friendly and tried to…read morebe helpful. I started the account to support a local, smaller bank. I have personal and business accounts at other banks. Recently, I noticed this bank had been charging overdraft fees even though I make sure I cover the overdraft when I get home. I didn't pay too much attention at first and told myself to call and find out what was up. I finally called to find out what the problem was and found out that (1) any deposit (other than cash) made at the ATM after 3 PM is not credited as a deposit UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY; (2) Zelle's/electronic/cash deposits made after 5 PM are not credited UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY. This policy is ridiculous, outdated and clearly a way for them to sneakily earn additional outrageous fees. I felt so duped! What deceptive tactics in this day and age! I told the female customer representative how I felt about it and waited to see if she would make an effort to remove either of the fees just as a courtesy, in appreciation of a long term customer. She actually chuckled at the thought! At this point, I do not know what changed with DCB and their staff, but I no longer recommend this bank, will be informing family who I know bank with DCB of my incredibly disheartening experience and I will be banking elsewhere...not that they care I'm now sure, but it's just to make my personal statement.
