I just opened an account with Chase online after being away for decades, and stopped in to this branch today. I asked for a couple temporary checks, and then the teller told me it was going to cost me $3. I said nevermind and left, as my other bank does not charge for a page of checks. I don't know how my new bank is going to work out for me, if I'm going to be nickeled and dimed every time I ask for something. I basically use a check once every 5 years for something unusual, so there is no point in paying for them. I gave it 2 stars, because it has a drive thru. read more

Walk up ATM is inside the building that's not accessible, even with your ATM/debit card, which is lame. Now I get to sit behind a gaggle of other drivers thru users! Thanks Chase, for nothing! It got one star because there's no negative or half a star available. read more

They can put a unnecessary wall up and make the car atm hard to get into and damage cars. But they can't fix the after hours door lock. Company is a scam. Always has been the founder stole money to make the bank in the first place. Do your research you'll see I'm right read more

The girls here have a crap attitude. It feels like it's an inconvenience to come and deposit cash. read more

We need more ATM's during after hours and weekends. There's always such a long line in the drive-through ATM. It's ridiculous..

This branch is absolutely horrible, first off when you go there you're forced to use the drive thru ATM NO CHOICE which is a safety hazard because the lock the lobby doors which in my opinion is very stupid. Secondly when you're forced to use the drive up ATM this is what you will see either a blocked lane because the ATM machines are either full or not enough money to dispense, then you can't make a deposit because again the machines are full or empty. Since Chase has chosen to only put two full branches in the High Desert one on the extreme eastern part on Hesperia Rd the other in a Stater Bros grocery store which the store itself doesn't open until 6 am and that's just to get access to the Chase ATM and this one on Main Street which is always a major issue. read more

The tellers need additional training on how to market and attract new customers, a simple low dollar amount of a financial instrument that l was attempting negotiate turned into an unexpected profiling experience. As a Local registered legitimate small business, with multiple Chase clients now l feel doing business these clients is wrong because whenever they present payments through Chase Hesperia Main St, the Teller (Jay) thinks l didn't fit the profile of a small business owner let alone be presenting such items for negotiating, even if the accountholder has verified the funds are available and acknowledged that l completed the work and payment is confirmed. Chase can do better on growing their customer base without manipulating or gaming the customer to open an account. read more

Rude customer service. Been banking with Chase since Washington Mutual was acquired. They get worse every year. Today was the last straw. Went into this branch to do some banking, and they wouldn't let me use the restroom. Like I'm some homeless derelict. I've brought millions of dollars in and out of this place. Going to be seeking alternatives for my banking needs. read more

This is the worse bank I have ever been to. They have incompetent employees that do not know how to do their job. They have no idea what DAY it is. I cannot believe they are hiring people like this to handle financial issues for their customers. read more

Easy access and fast drive their the ATM. Close to the freeway as well. Large parking lot if need to transact inside.

Long ATM lines. Drive thru always broken. After hours atm machine is inaccessible due to the card reader being broken for some time. The manager needs to be demoted and so does the district manager. This is so incredibly inconvenient and inconsiderate. Where is our over draft fees going to? read more

Came here around 1 the line was long but It moved fast because they had 3 people working yes! Anyway the lady I needed up having was super nice and friendly and made everything go smoothly... thank you so much read more

Long lines for drive thru atm, and it seems like one is always broken. Lobby atm also closes very early. Very inconvenient service.

Worst location. ATM lobby closed after hours. It used to be open after hours, but someone got the brilliant idea to nix that. Then after hours the drive through ATMs aren't maintained. Always one lane down, either empty, can't dispense cash or accept deposits or something. And when it's down the arrow at the top is still green forcing drivers into contorted driving maneuvers...Chase you're slipping... gonna start loosing customers read more

Went to chase to open my account I was told I had to come back at 2 but I couldn't and lucky Mr.Robert was able to see us and help us out the process was great and he was really friendly im very happy he was able to help us chase needs more people like him. read more

Went in on 3/6 around 2:30PM to open a new checking+savings with a large deposit. I signed in and waited 25 minutes with no activity or any workers checking on us. There were 2 people in the lobby in front of me who still hadn't been helped so looks like I would have ended up waiting a long time. So I left and ended up opening an account online I understand it's a busy location and it could have been bad timing, but you only get one first impression and that was mine. read more

I've tried 2 Chase banks on Main Street to speak to a "personal banker". Was told they do it by appointment now. Received a call from an "Anthony" could not answer it due to driving. Now I can't reach him. I've called both Hesperia branches and not a person is picking up the phone, just an automated system that hangs up at the end. BAD customer service. The only reason why I am trying to set up an appointment is because the 1-800 number said I have to go in to do this transaction, otherwise, everything else I/we do is on-line or through the ATM machines. So, I looked on-line for a meeting, the closest meeting up here is on Sept 9th to go in, at the farthest location in Apple Valley...WTF is with their "Excellent" customer service they state they have. read more

Come on Chase... I know this is the high desert, but seriously fix this location. The lobby is constantly inaccessible after hours. Went inside to try to open a Chase account I was told sorry I needed an appointment and that they had to be made online but that the system was down because of so many people booking appointments that there were no availability. Now you tell me how this doesn't sound ridiculous. All she said was sorry in a pessimist tone. I guess this bank is true to their motto I need to Chase what matters to me until I can find someone that actually wants to work. read more

Nov 4 2022 looks like Chase ran out of money. Can't use the atm in the lobby and both drive thru atm's are unable to dispense cash. Worst Chase bank ever. read more

Where to start the main lobby atm is always down or better yet the lobby doors are locked and the atm is working so it forces you to use the drive up atm which is either way too crowded or makes you feel unsafe. Since there are only two full chase branches in the High Desert area it make perfect sense to either build another one or at least make sure the atm's are accessible. read more

I've been a Chase customer since they bought out Washington Mutual. There's not enough locations in the High Desert to begin with, but to have a location that ATM's rarely work is beyond frustrating. read more

They no longer have any reps available for opening new accounts. You have to stand in their cashier line to ask to speak to a rep. I stood for 25 minutes to be told that they only go by appointments. WTH, not only did they change their hours and many people can no longer bank after work, but now we can't even talk to a real person? Rude and not deserving of anyones business. On top of that their regular checking account and small business account fees are some of the highest around. I'm switching banks!!! UGH!! read more

So this branch is to me personally races I went in to get answers about my mortgage and the guy name Greg was so rude telling me to contact a lender that no longer takes care of my loan ???? I don't know why I waste my time coming here atms are always down customer service is horrible

This bank has been here for a few years. I'm not sure why it hasn't been posted before. His bank was originally on Armagosa Road in Victorville but moved out here to Main St., Hesperia with all the employees. Nice staff, cleanly Lobby and parking lot. The machines are new so they hardly ever give you trouble but what I dislike is that I have to drive all the way over here from Victorville because they close down our local branch. It's a pain in the butt we need to get something done after hours since Chase decided to close down our local ATMs except for the ones in grocery stores which close. The people here are nice not a big fan of the company. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I was passed up multiple times to sign up to see a banker. Which made me wait EVEN long.

Waited for 46 mins to use drive up atm. I cannot believe that they don't care that people are getting trapped in their atm line and can't get out only to get to the end and find only one atm open. Horrid place to bank at this specific location Wish we could give them 0 stars ........We have been w this bank for over 25 years and had our account terminated by two caddy women that are friends that work there They are beyond rude 0 customer service I asked if I could get my balance every time on my statement and they said nope........ I asked if they could put a notation in our account to put the balance on our statement they said this was impossible I said whaaaat? This IS a bank right? They said they would put a note in the computer but if the teller didn't see it that I'd have to ask for it! While speaking to the teller another employee came up behind me and grabbed me by the shoulder and said excuse me would you like to come sit down and talk about this i said FIRST of all #1 You scared the crap out of me and #2 don't put you hands on me and I said NO I don't need to you to come over here and school me like you are my mom and embarrass me in front of the whole bank .......I'm only asking for my balance to be put on my statement no matter the transaction I make. She said we don't do that here....... I asked, since when? She said a long time..... I said honey Ive been banking here for over 25 years before any of you were here...... and never had any issues like this? She goes and gets her manager..... I had finished my transaction by then and left the bank. I had several errands to run and didn't have time for nonsense. I come back in a couple days later and as I'm speaking to the teller here comes this lady and shes standing there behind him w her arms crossed looking at me like a pissed off wet hen, she starts asking me inappropriate questions...... Like where I'm from and a few other questions I found totally inappropriate .......I said Ma'am I'm just here to get some money out, and BTW have you checked into getting my balance printed on my statements? She said no we don't do that anymore auto you have to ask every time ...........I'm like whaaaaat this is my BANK RIGHT? She says yes so, I asked why not? She didn't have an answer I told her, You know this bank has 0 customer service now days Its sad..... She wasn't happy w that but the truth hurts sometimes ya know Do yourself a favor DON'T DEAL W THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE TERRIBLE THEY CAN CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT GIVE YOU A REASON THEY CAN HOLD YOUR MONEY AND YOU HAVE TO FIGHT TO GET IT FROM THEM This happened to us here!!!! They fired us with 0 warning and then they tried to hold my husbands retirement check for 30 days Day 1 we were told the bank rejected it and later we found out, it had in fact been deposited .....My husband went into the bank to get his money and close the account, and the manager, who also looked at my husband w folded arms and a crappy attitude, told him there is nothing I can do to get you your money He told my husband that they would mail a cashiers check When my husband asked them when They said 15 to 30 days ..... He told the man we have auto pays The manager said at this point sir this is not my problem.......My husband said bullshit you fired us now give me my money The manager REFUSED TO GIVE HIM A DIME OF OUR MONEY AND LIED ABOUT IT BEING DEPOSITED We were flabbergasted that a bank could do this to us, and keep our money!!!! So my hubby went to another branch to see if they could help us and yes they did!! They were happy to and told us that they had heard other people come in in the same sitch and complain bout this branch too ....... Thank you to that man........They were so nice and the man gave my husband his retirement check in FULL IN CASH to be sure there was no more funny business. WE have a complaint in against this bank but I'm warning you DON'T BANK HERE THEY CAN SCREW UP YOUR FINANCES ON A PERSONAL WHIM IT CAN BE A PERSONAL ISSUE OR RACE COLOR OR CREED AND THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU WHY NOT T MENTION THEY ARE .... TOTALLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ....... and they DON'T have to give you a reason to do this to you AND ITS LEGAL ........ Just two lil' SNOTS and one bank manager can screw up your whole day There is definitely too much nepotism there for me to deal with anymore we are just done w their horrid service and the HS quad tag team mentality of these two ..... I have a suggestion GROW UP LADIES AND LEARN TO DO BUSINESS LIKE ADULTS read more

I've been a very loyal Chase customer for quite some time now. Every branch I've visited has had at 4-5 star service, but this place is absolutely horrible. The bank tellers here are beyond rude. It must be a management issue, because they all have a bad attitude, so it's not an isolated incident. This behavior must come from the top. I don't expect backflips or even any type of conversation, but don't act like I'm bothering you, roll your eyes and have a look on your face like you just ate a bowl of poop-seriously! I went into this location on 7/26/2016. I was there making a deposit at approximately 5.05 pm. The teller that helped me was this big tall red head guy with a beard. This guy looked like he hated everything about his life.I wish i could have taken a pic of him and posted it with this review . He had the most evil and ugly stone face i have ever seen.Chase management train your tellers to do the basic things when it comes to customer service. Smile and say Hello, how are you doing today.
