Summer Galindo is the red hot firecracker the real estate industry needs!…read more Let me paint you a picture: It's 2017. You have two choices for your realtor. Choice 1: That super extended acquaintance who one weekend decided he'd get his real estate license. "You know, Uncle Ned's son-in-law? I think his name was Zane? Maybe it was Zed? You should give him a chance; I hear Malinda's getting kicked off food stamps and they could really use the money." Choice 2: The realtor who's been in it longer than you've been alive. That's gotta be a good sign right? They must be good to stick in it for 50+ years I suppose... Rewind all the way back to your high school days. Would you say the older teachers were the best teachers? HARDLY. Many realtors become complacent as they think there's no way to buy / sell a house without them. Travel agents said the same thing 30 years ago in their industry. In today's world, those who become complacent are the ones who end up snuffed out. So that's it. Pick your poison. The one who saw "easy" money and grabbed a real estate license for fun, or the old fart who thinks you owe them the business simply because they've done it forever. Or if you're not into picking poisons, you could pick the refreshing glass of hand pressed lemonade on a sandy SoCal beach: Summer Galindo. She's been in it long enough to know which strings to pull. She also knows the world owes her nothing. She will work her fingers to the bone 7 days a week lining up buyers and sellers. I heard the Red Cross wouldn't accept her blood; too much real estate in it. Summer's the one who'll always be in contact, even if it's just to check in. She's not in the business to sugar coat anything. If the deal is bad, she'll be as frank with you as a good friend would. Unless your time is worthless and you have money to throw away, stay away from that family friend who works a full time job and does real estate on the side. Sorry Zane (or was it Zed?). Be wary of the old ones who are becoming complacent. They're just coasting to retirement. They're getting sloppy. They've fallen asleep on the job. Seriously do yourself a favor and demand Summer as your real estate agent. After a week of seeing her dedication you'll be saying "Tim on Yelp was right!". So there you go. You can buy me a beer for showing you the light of the real estate industry. -Tim

Summer helped us buy our first home and she is amazing!! If you're in the market for a realtor,…read moreshe's definitely the one you want. She's available, even when you can't get ahold of your lender, you can get answers from Summer. She won't just tell you what you want to hear to make a buck, or put you on a back burner because something else is more important. She will tell it like it is, whether you want to hear it or not, which is awesome in today's world. Summer was flexible with our janky schedule and always treated us like we were her most valued clients, even after we closed. You can use a different realtor, if you really feel you must, but I guarantee you won't be as happy as you would have been if you'd just called Summer to begin with. She knows what she's doing and she's going to go above and beyond, every time. Thank you, Summer!! You've been awesome!!
