She gave us specific exercises to work on and helped us go slow and rebuild positive associations. She was also just a text away whenever we ran into issues, which made me feel supported and confident that we were doing the right things. I would send her a video if things weren't going well and she would be able to advise on way to tweak to help him accept the bottle. After 3 sessions, baby was finally opening his mouth readily when presented with the bottle, something we never thought possible! Fast forward -- my baby is now 6.5 months old and happily takes five bottles a day at the sitter while still breastfeeding at home. He switches between the two so easily now.
